IV:MP Texture bug (Laptop users)

So, i noticed that some of players in argonath are having some bugs with the textures, such as having a black screen which means the textures are not loading at all, others are having a problem of the slow loading of the textures, so here is a small solution to fix this bug.
1- Make a text file, rename it to " commandline "
2-paste this in the text file (commandline) 

-availablevidmem 2

-noprecache

-nomemrestrict

-norestrictions

-novblank

3-Copy that text file and paste it into your GTA IV main folder.
4-Enjoy!

Tryed it and it doesnt work. But I had already my own commands there which do work for me. I think people with low end laptops can find this useful.
