Well my nine key goes to ALT so when i tried creating a post about a minutes silence for those who died in nine eleven it kept going to alt and the firefox tools bar kept coming up
OS = Windows 7 Ultimate
Ram = 4GB
CPU = Intel Pentium
Keyboard Driver = Default Microsoft
GPU = Intel Drivers
Software =
Steam
Garrys Mod
SA-MP
CS:S
CS
CS Condition Zero
All Half Life games
And it is a fresh install of windows 7

1. Restart your computer.
2. Try pressing the nine key on something other than firefox, for example word or samp.
3. Make sure you didn't spill any liquids what so ever on your keyboard, and if you did, just use a slightly wet towel or tissue to clean it.
4. Try using the num pad, (if you have one), does the same thing happen?
