Cannot connect to Server/Forum

Can someone address to the problem?
I cannot connect to the server or forum without VPN, or my backup internet.

I was able to do a few days ago, but yesterday, both forum and server appeared to be down.
I almost wrote an argodocs until I found out its not working on one connection.

My backup ISP is somehow connected to Australia. So its like VPN, so I can connect via that. Even when I connect IG it shows Australia. 

My main internet, is Pakistan in origin. And I can't access forum/server on it.
I can PM my IP to any manager of my main internet, (tho its dynamic), to get this problem fixed.

TeaM_Hamza is from my city and somehow he can connect so it isn't a route block. Did you guys block some ISP from my city or something? Because Hamza and me, we got different ISPs.

The same thing is happening with Kelvin who is also from our city. However, everything seems fine for me.

Does he have World call?
I think our ISP is route blocked :o

Or maybe our city. Our city is huge, 4 times the size of London. Maybe they blocked some part of it :/

I just found out there is definitely some sort of block here which was supposed to be on some people but its blocking me too!!

I can also Connect to the server but Ive seen Reports on Forums that many can not join the server.

open cmd, type in ipconfig,
get your default gateway ip and type it on the browser as search.
On username type "Admin" while password is also "Admin"
go to Advanced options, dont touch anything, and just click "Save", it should load some stuff and after a min or so, it will refresh.
On most routers it will change IP not in a regular way. more likely another route.

This also helps for people who got the "youre banned from this server" bug.(not a real ban)
