EDIT:
How to add a picture
- Go to Google and seach for your desired images
- Copy the URL
- Go to your Topic, modify then click (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/Themes/Assassin/images/bbc/img.gif)
- Then put the URL on the center of it

Press F8 while ingame.
Then go to an image hosting site such as;
www.tinypic.com
www.imageshack.us
http://postimage.org/
http://photobucket.com/
Then upload an image you want of your choice. Your GTA SAMP images are found in the following location:
Then go to C:\Users\(Your User)\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP\screens
Once you have selected the image and it is uploaded, copy its link (the link with the IMG tag) and paste it on the forums.
Click post.
For example;
The link will look like this;

That should help with adding the pictures.
