How to Capture and upload picture of game

hello everybody i need help, how i can capture pictures of my game and messages and how i can upload on forum

Take a screenshot using F8, then browse to your GTA San Andreas User Files folder which should be in C:\Users\USER\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files Go into the "SAMP" folder and then the "Screens" folder. C:\Users\USER\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP\screens default. All of your screenshots should be saved in here. To upload them on to the forum I suggest you make an account on photobucket and upload your pictures to this website. You will then be given a IMG link which you can post on forums which will display your picture. The link should look something like:

Press F8 while ingame.

Then go to an image hosting site such as;
www.tinypic.com
www.imageshack.us
http://postimage.org/
http://photobucket.com/

Then upload an image you want of your choice. Your GTA SAMP images are found in the following location:
Then go to C:\Users\(Your User)\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP\screens

Once you have selected the image and it is uploaded, copy its link (the link with the IMG tag) and paste it on the forums.

Click post.
