Title: [Solved]GTA IV Not Launching Properly.
Post by: FARQ3X on April 19, 2015, 11:42:41 pm: I recently installed GTA IV but whenever I launch IVMP it says Windows Visual C++ Runtime Error. Help?

32 Bit system never had a problem before.

Done all these. Even downloaded the game from a website but disc nor downloaded isnt working I played it before. Kind of famous even.

I have all of them as suggested on the site I downloaded the game from but restart will happen

In terms of Operating System if you are running Windows 8 right click IV:MP and run as Windows 7 or before.

Not sure these will work but as no one else commented them worth the try. Give us a shout if they work or not.

1.Open NVIDIA control pane.
2.Go to Manage 3D settings.
3.Click Program settings.
4.Search for Extension limit
5.Turn the Extension limit thingy on.

Unfortunately tried that :( didnt work before tried it again didnt help this time either :/ Its to do with Windows C++ Runtime even though I have everything before it worked fine :/

If it told me I would have found out how to fix it :/ It works in Single Player not in Multi player :/

Okay, so you're able to launch singleplayer but not multiplayer. Assuming you mean IV:MP, do you have your client.log for us? That would be able to tell us more.
