[Solved]GTA IV Not Launching Properly.

Be sure to restart your PC after these visual c++ installs.

I have all of them as suggested on the site I downloaded the game from but restart will happen

Do the game for Windows Live install.

In terms of Operating System if you are running Windows 8 right click IV:MP and run as Windows 7 or before.

Not sure these will work but as no one else commented them worth the try. Give us a shout if they work or not.

umm you can try this, but not sure if it will help, because some PCs don't have this "extension limit" thingy or don't use NVIDIA.

1.Open NVIDIA control pane.
2.Go to Manage 3D settings.
3.Click Program settings.
4.Search for Extension limit
5.Turn the Extension limit thingy on.

Unfortunately tried that didnt work before tried it again didnt help this time either :/ Its to do with Windows C++ Runtime even though I have everything before it worked fine :/

That's not quite helpful. Most errors related to the Visual C++ Runtime Library give specific error codes.
