After years and years of oppression, stalkings, abuse and terror of civilians by the Argonath law enforcement and other officials, the farmers patience finally came to and end, and the Flint Liberation Army was started first at 2015. After almost a year of full war against the state and a lot of losses from both sides, FLA decided to try to solve things peacefully and politically instead and temporary closed the rebel activities. But after another year, they still couldn't see any light in the tunnel. Nothing helped, and the law enforcement slowly took back their control of Flint County and Whetstone and began their harassing civilians once again. This left the innocent farmers with no option. They had to get back to the war.

Under the authorization of President Bengt Svensson this constitution takes effect immediately upon release.
PREAMBLE
We, the people of Flint County, believe that all the men are created equal, that they are endowed with a set of unalienable rights.
We, the people of Flint County, recognize that in the past, men gave up their freedom to be free from the dangers of
the natural state, Anarchy, and instituted an organization named government whose task was to make sure their rights were not
violated, as such, the government exists only due to the will of the people.
As the will of the people dictate the existence of instintutions, whenever a government becomes destructive, it is the job of the people
to alter or abolish it, and lay the new foundations based on the principles of Safety, Happiness and Freedom.
But while it is accepted that government has to inevitably restrict the rights of their people to protect them, avoid the consumation
of the insufferable evils that plague humankind, said manacles have to remain on a minimum level to avoid that the citizens falls under
a dispotical and tyrannical government, stealing the power from the very founders and empowering individuals of the state, the people.
That has, been the leading cause of the weeping of the citizens of the United States of Argonath, living under the rural and underveloped
community of Flint County.
The government did not afford us the same living standards that other counties, such as Los Santos, were afforded. Gold, the object
that greases palms, build empires and instigate murders, has clouded the minds of the state at the detriment of the wellbeing of the people.
The government took the wheat of the people, employing the same immoral acts that he swore to protect us from, Theft and Violence.
The government quartered large amount of troops among us, to intimidate our freedoom of speech as they were plundering our fields.
The government, mocked us by trial, for defending our rights to life.
We, therefore, the representatives of the uneducated and illiterated people of Flint County, solemnly publish and declare, that said represented
men are absolved from their allegiance to the United States of Argonath, and that all the connections between Flint and the state are ought
to be totally dissolved, and that as a Free and Separated entity from Argonath, the people of Flint have the full power to levy War, establish
commerce, sign peace treaties and perform all the other actions that an independent state hold the right to do, pleding to our divine Sauron,
that we mutually respect each our lives, and future.
The ConstitutionChapter I: General Provisions
Article I: Definition of the Country
1. Flint Country is an independent, sovereign, democratic, unique, and indivisible state.
2. Flint Country is a state of its own nationals. Flint Country exercises the authority of
based on respect for the rights and freedoms of its citizens and all individuals
within its boundaries.
3. Flint Country has no territorial claims against any state or part of any
the state and will not seek to join any state or part of any state.
Article II: The Sovereignty
1. The sovereignty of Flint Country derives from the people, belongs to the people and exercises, in
compliance with the Constitution, through the army council, our beloved Leader, as well as on
other forms, in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution.
2. The sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Flint Country is inviolable, unchangeable and inseparable and protected by all means determined by it's Constitution and it's law.
Article III: Form of Governance
1. The President of Flint Country represents the unity of the people. The President of Flint Country is a
legitimate representative of the country inside and outside and the guarantor of the functioning institutions of Flint Country.
1.1. The President is the decision-taker on anything which might affect him, his ideology, or the Country of Flint.
2. The Council is an independent organ for the protection of constitutionality and does
the final interpretation of the Constitution, also is responsible for the implementation of laws and policies, in accordance with the President.
3. Flint Country has its own institutions for the protection of the constitutional order and the
territorial integrity, which operate under the authority of the Council and the President.
Article IV: Supremacy of the Constitution
1. The Constitution is the highest legal act of Flint Country. Laws and other acts
should be in accordance with this Constitution.
2. Each person and organ in Flint Country is subject to the provisions of the Constitution.
Chapter II: The Council of Flint Country
Article I: General Principles
1. The Council is a law-making institution of Flint Country directly elected by the President.
Article II: Council Structure
1. The Council has ten (10) seats elected by the President.
2. Each and every Council member remains hidden from everyone, except the President and the rest of the Council.
Article III: The Powers of the Council
1. Adopts laws, resolutions and other general acts;
2. Approves the Budget of Flint Country;
3. Elects the Government;
4. Oversees the work of the Government and other public institutions, which, based on
Constitution and laws, report to the Council;
5. Elects the members of the Flint Country Judicial Council and the Prosecutorial Council of Flint Country;
6. Proposes the judges of the Constitutional Court;
7. Oversees foreign and security policy;
8. Gives consent to the decree of the President on Announcing the Extraordinary State;
Article IV: Mandate of the Council Members
1. The mandate of the Council begins on the day of the President's election.
2. The mandate of a Council Member shall expire or become invalid if:
2.1 does not take the oath;
2.2 resigns;
2.3 is appointed a member of the Government of Flint Country;
2.4 the mandate of the Council is terminated;
2.5 is absent for six (6) consecutive months in the sessions of the Council. In special cases, the Council of Flint Country may decide otherwise;
2.6 is punishable by a final court decision for one or more criminal offenses many years of imprisonment;
2.7 he / she dies.

Recently, the Flint Liberation Army (FLA) has made a noticeable return raising tensions in the ARPD. The FLA is an organisation which from one perspective can be described as a rebel group that is fighting for independence of Flint County from the United States of Argonath to establish their own country. However, it is important to note, this group isn't your everyday protest group petitioning the government to bring change. It is a group that plans to forcibly take what they believe is rightfully theirs by any means necessary. This includes but not limited to enforcing their own laws in Flint County, passing their own judgments on deemed criminal action, disallowing the operation of any government department such as the ARPD and not recognising the government of Argonath.
This conflict has lead to the lives of countless law enforcement officials being lost with no sign of a ceasefire from either side. Due to the fear of losing more servicemen and women to this group, the ARPD has began raising extra awareness regarding the FLA and increased training exercises of their officers. According to a document published by the SAPD, it is thought that almost everyday at least one person is kidnapped or executed by the FLA. Will the FLA gain independence? It is too early to make any prediction. For the time being, I advise anyone travelling through or to Flint County to remain cautious and only use those routes if urgently required otherwise use other routes to travel. Good luck to all the servicemen and women in the field. The war goes on.

Bengt Svensson has been elected as the President of Flint Country. The rebel group FLA is well on its way to breaking the state of San Andreas apart and creating a new country. The government of Argonath has failed miserably in preventing this crisis. Law enforcement agencies have continuously failed to contain the rebel group and to protect Argonath from terror. It seems terrorism is becoming an acceptable way of life based on the non-existent response from the government of Argonath even after the country's sovereignty is being threatened.
If this government fails to act now then it won't be long until Ganton Circle is the the only piece land left under Argonath only because it is protected by Big Smoke and the Grove Street Families with the rest being taken over by terrorist who want a new country.

Official Message to our rebel soldiers
We have now settled down a truce with the Argonath police, it will last at least until christmas.
This means that FLA-members may not enter Los Santos, and the police may not enter Flint Country. I kindly ask you to hold this truce,
as it gives us some good opportunities and benefits. I also ask you to not do any negotiations without my

This is not how we wanted it to go, but this is what had to happen.
After the police broke our truce about respecting the borders and instead kept harassing our civilians and
blocking off important areas in Flint Country, we had to do something about it. We have said it before and I
say it again. We are strong, heavily armed, and very motivated to do whatever it takes for the
freedom and independence of Flint Country.

We have made OpSec-documents, vehicle checkpoints, patrols, victorious firefights, arresting a police officer - which by negotiation lead to a 5 day long truce with the police where we both should respect the border, in return they got their police officer back. This truce was not held by the police though so as a result of this we threw one officer down the ocean and tomorrow we will probably continue to send the message that we are not to be taken lightly.

All ranks and a short description with examples of their duties and expectations
Each rank and its description:
Recruit
The first rank you'll get. This is where you need to prove yourself worth being a part of the FLA.
Reservist Soldier
This is the rank for the soldiers who won't be able to participate every time. They live their civilian life regularly and are only called in
when they are really needed. However, they can choose to participate when they feel like it. Like a soldier - but with less demands.
Soldier
Soldier is the rank you'll get once you have proven yourself worthy. We do now count on you. You are supposed to know what FLA stands
for and also knowing how we do basic things such as convoys, patrols and checkpoints.
Lance Corporal
LCpr is the rank you'll achieve when you have been soldier for a while and show yourself slightly better than the other soldiers. This is not by
bossing people around, but by doing your duty without questioning your commanders.
Corporal
You are now supposed to be able to steer things up. If you see a recruit or soldier doing something he's not supposed to do, you're the right
guy to correct him. You are also supposed to be able to lead in smaller missions such as, for example, being in command of a patrol car.
Sergeant
As an Sgt you're supposed to be able to be in command of a checkpoint/roadblock, taking decisions about going for patrols or convoys.
You can now lead RP's. This is the highest "soldier rank".
Staff Sergeant
The SSgt have to lead roleplays by his own. He or she is the person that are supposed to lead on the field in first hand.
The Ssgt is a specialist officer but he still got his boots on the ground. He can work as a platoon commander, giving out orders to the
sergeants what to do with their groups.
Lieutenant
The LT is the first of the officer ranks. Just like the SSgt he's supposed to be able to lead roleplays. Although he have more "paper work"
such as recruiting new members and/or firing them. He can also be given certain duties such as being in command of logistics, tactics or other things.
Captain
The captain (Cpt)is a person who can choose to be on the field if he feels needed, but his main duties are in the offices. He's supposed to train
soldiers, recruit, kick, demote or promote soldiers and officers. He's also a part of the army council and should be a helping hand and advisor for the colonel and general.
Major
The Mj is a part of the army council. The major is often given specific areas where he should put his focus, such as economy, logistic, relations and so on.
Colonel
The colonel is the right hand of the General. They work together and discuss most of the matters before taking actions. He is also given specific
duties such as the other officers. When the general is not around, he is the man in charge and he can take all decisions he think is needed for FLA.
General
The general is the main head of the liberation army. He is the one who takes all decisions, or the one who assign tasks and responsibilities to his
officers and soldiers.

A few days ago we arrested a police officer and brought him to our jail. In return to set him free, we would get a 5 day long truce
with the SAPD/FBI and they would not enter Flint Country within this time. However, they did not hold this. So today we had to arrest another police that

A few days ago we arrested a police officer and brought him to our jail. In return to set him free, we would get a 5 day long truce
with the SAPD/FBI and they would not enter Flint Country within this time. However, they did not hold this. So today we had to arrest another police that

Recently, the Flint Liberation Army (FLA) has made a noticeable return raising tensions in the ARPD. The FLA is an organisation which from one perspective can be described as a rebel group that is fighting for independence of Flint County from the United States of Argonath to establish their own country. However, it is important to note, this group isn't your everyday protest group petitioning the government to bring change. It is a group that plans to forcibly take what they believe is rightfully theirs by any means necessary. This includes but not limited to enforcing their own laws in Flint County, passing their own judgments on deemed criminal action, disallowing the operation of any government department such as the ARPD and not recognising the government of Argonath.
This conflict has lead to the lives of countless law enforcement officials being lost with no sign of a ceasefire from either side. Due to the fear of losing more servicemen and women to this group, the ARPD has began raising extra awareness regarding the FLA and increased training exercises of their officers. According to a document published by the SAPD, it is thought that almost everyday at least one person is kidnapped or executed by the FLA. Will the FLA gain independence? It is too early to make any prediction. For the time being, I advise anyone travelling through or to Flint County to remain cautious and only use those routes if urgently required otherwise use other routes to travel. Good luck to all the servicemen and women in the field. The war goes on.

Didn't really have time to take any screens during the shootout today. But it started with people growing weed on our beloved Mount Chilliad.
Normally we have no big problems with that, but when we approached them, they were acting tough against us and told us to leave. We left the field
and went back to the camp to get more people, in order to arrest the criminals. But when we arrived, the police already was there, they raided the field.
So we chased the police away from mount chilliad. They regrouped at Angel Pine, and thats when we were gathering up to force them out of Angel Pine aswell.
They had other plans though, the police with SWAT attacked our base and a long shootout started. That single battle costed us a lot though. If someone
feels like calculating it, check the statistics below and reply the answer (I dont know the prices per case)

Regulations PDF made due to new information about soldiers doing things in the name of FLA without permission from commanders, which gives us a bad reputation. It is linked in our discord. If you're not in our Discord, ask me or Ted and we will invite you. The PDF is also a result of people not knowing if it is FLA or not that do certain things (weedfields, kidnaps etc). We need to be more strict with what we wear and which vehicles we use, so people know for sure when it is FLA and when its not.

After we made a deal about them leaving Angel Pine, we tried to arrest one of them to make them leave Flint Country. This resulted in the police opening fire and killing us all.

Some people may think "blocking bridges is all you do in FLA", but its not. However its what we call a routine mission.
We go there almost daily. The purpose is ofcourse to control vehicles, but the real purpose of it is to show ourselves at the border.
We often do our checkpoints as a result of something that happen the past day. This time the checkpoint was a result of the
law enforcement plane bombing weed farmers in Flint Country. According to our laws, growing weed is fully legal - as its one of the
few possible incomes in our country. Everytime we let go of our patrols and checkpoints for a couple of times, we can see police
officers that starts patrolling in our country again after a couple of days. That's what we're trying to prevent. They should never
feel safe in their enemy territory.
Besides this we do patrol a lot. Compare this with the SAPD patrols. We see ourselves as the law enforcement of Flint Country,
and we're out there to help people, arrest criminals and scare off terrorists(SAPD/FBI).

I didn't get any pictures of the firefight at mount chilliad but I managed to get a picture of the first day with our new radio communication system.

Didnt really get too great pictures but at least i took a few. Tonights training was based on tips, tricks and trainings in shooting techniques, covers and weapon choises.
After the training FLA helped to protect a civilian farmers weedfield from the terrorists from Argonath Government. It glads me that the soldiers got to try the new techniques in reality. The combat situations outcome really proved that our studies actually works. We were outnumbered and had to give up the last few plants of the hard working farmer, but we brought many down with us. Good job guys.

Today we gathered a group of soliders and started patroling the Flint Country once again. We checked out on our fellow farmers who bring the food in our houses and we also discovered the tragic death of a tourist. The corpse was later burried by the Pope.

We recieved a complaint about a guy stealing the crops from Flint Country's land and we decided to investigate. After a long chase against the said criminal we managed to catch him and bring justice by cutting off one of his fingers and leaving him to find his way through the forest.

The other day we delivered the goods of our fishermen to the nearest fish market, in Fort Carson. A strange guy was sneaking behind our backs and was taking pictures of us but we let him go as he wasn't a threat. Later, we celebrated with a few drinks at the hideout.

Flint Country faced a lot of tragic accidents in the past weeks. Flint Liberation Army is enforcing the traffic laws and is looking out for it's violators and will punish them for their recklessness. One day ago another soul was taken by the ruthless hairpins of the "Sniper Hill", Route 89, close to the Interstate 127. Flint Country Government will allocate more funds to the Flint Road Administration (F.R.A) to help with construction of safer roads for our citizens.

PREAMBLE
We, the people of Flint County, believe that all the men are created equal, that they are endowed with a set of unalienable rights.
We, the people of Flint County, recognize that in the past, men gave up their freedom to be free from the dangers of
the natural state, Anarchy, and instituted an organization named government whose task was to make sure their rights were not
violated, as such, the government exists only due to the will of the people.
As the will of the people dictate the existence of instintutions, whenever a government becomes destructive, it is the job of the people
to alter or abolish it, and lay the new foundations based on the principles of Safety, Happiness and Freedom.
But while it is accepted that government has to inevitably restrict the rights of their people to protect them, avoid the consumation
of the insufferable evils that plague humankind, said manacles have to remain on a minimum level to avoid that the citizens falls under
a dispotical and tyrannical government, stealing the power from the very founders and empowering individuals of the state, the people.
That has, been the leading cause of the weeping of the citizens of the United States of Argonath, living under the rural and underveloped
community of Flint County.
The government did not afford us the same living standards that other counties, such as Los Santos, were afforded. Gold, the object
that greases palms, build empires and instigate murders, has clouded the minds of the state at the detriment of the wellbeing of the people.
The government took the wheat of the people, employing the same immoral acts that he swore to protect us from, Theft and Violence.
The government quartered large amount of troops among us, to intimidate our freedoom of speech as they were plundering our fields.
The government, mocked us by trial, for defending our rights to life.
We, therefore, the representatives of the uneducated and illiterated people of Flint County, solemnly publish and declare, that said represented
men are absolved from their allegiance to the United States of Argonath, and that all the connections between Flint and the state are ought
to be totally dissolved, and that as a Free and Separated entity from Argonath, the people of Flint have the full power to levy War, establish
commerce, sign peace treaties and perform all the other actions that an independent state hold the right to do, pleding to our divine Sauron,
that we mutually respect each our lives, and future.

As the news say, FLA had a dispute at the Lincoln Tunnel with SAPD. The incident led to four victims, two SAPD Officers and two FLA Soldiers. The situation couldn't be de-escalated and led to a fight when SAPD had enough and opened fire. FLA was conducting an experiment inside the tunnel, which led to the Argonath authorities to interfere. The experiment did not put any people in danger and the outcomes will remain classified.

After numerous statements against Flint Country and it's army, we were forced to take action against those who threaten our country's and especially it's citizens' safety. Flint Country was threatened by Timothy Crouse to bring back ARAF to take care of Flint Country. There has been remarks towards Flint's people which we categorize as racial, hateful and threatening from Charles D. Kolta. The governor also threatens our safety by pushing the law enforcements to take actions against the territory of Flint Country and conducting operations against our people and their crops. We will not stand back and listen to those threats, we are taking actions.
Our army opened a new unit called S.T.A.L.K.E.R. This unit has been operating in Fort Carson for the past few weeks and attempted to assasinate the governor Jonathan C. Kolta, Fort Carson mayor candidate Charles D. Kolta and Fort Carson mayor candidate Timothy Crouse, aswell as those who stayed in their way. Those three individuals are a threat to the safety of Flint Country's people. We all know what happened the last time the government dealt with the people of Flint, they threw bombs on us, destroyed our buildings, turned everything into rubbles...this time we will not let that happen anymore and will take any actions to prevent it.
Talking about government taking actions in Flint Country's territory, a few weeks ago a hard working farmer's holy plants field has been discovered by some agents of the FBI. FLA came into his help and took over the field while the feds were around. We have been threatened to pack up and leave or else they will open fire. Quite rude to open fire against the people who let you come in their country. I want to point it out once again, SAPD, FBI and any other law enforcement agency of the United States of Argonath doesn't have any power here and has no right to order the people of Flint what to do on their own territory! We will make sure the next time we won't be so gentle with them and will kick their butts out from here! Anyway, coming back to the holy plants field, the feds came back but quickly got out in a few body bags, aswell as a random citizen who they shot down, thinking he was working for us. The field was later returned to it's owner after we cleaned it up.
TL;DR: - Hopping that our message was understood, FLA will stop, for now, the attacks against the three most wanted men in Flint Country: Charles D. Kolta, Jonathan Kolta, Timothy Crouse.
