Corporate titan and owner of the highest valued company in Argonath, Cofiliano Gvardia charged with contempt of court. The case Gvardia Corporation V. Antonello Ancelotti has been a controversial case from day one. The prosecution claimed the initial judge appointed to the case his honour Kyle McDane was directly related to the legal representative of the defense as they are both part of a company called Sfroza Enterprises. Then, the case was put on hold as a consequence of criminal proceedings against Antonio Gvardia. How the two were linked is not clear as Antonio Gvardia is not the Gvardia Corporation, he is only a part of it. Soon after, the case was re-opened and moved to Supreme Court and then moved back to district court due to a conflict between the Supreme and Appeals Court judge his honour Alexander Treblin and the judges handling the case because of the decisions made by the assigned judges. Evidently, there has been some misunderstanding and mishandling on behalf of the court. Was his honour Alexander Treblin right to hold Mr. Gvardia in contempt? Maybe not but only time will tell.

I bloody love it, honestly, how you made a tabloid tittle to get the attention of mislead naive population in thinking that there is actually a case against me, yet in the text, you stated everything exactly how it was, totally objectively, someone stupid would even think you're supporting our side, since you're pointing on the same mistakes done by the Court as we were.

FLA DOMINATION CAUSE SAPD RETREAT?

Recently, the Flint Liberation Army (FLA) has made a noticeable return raising tensions in the ARPD. The FLA is an organisation which from one perspective can be described as a rebel group that is fighting for independence of Flint County from the United States of Argonath to establish their own country. However, it is important to note, this group isn't your everyday protest group petitioning the government to bring change. It is a group that plans to forcibly take what they believe is rightfully theirs by any means necessary. This includes but not limited to enforcing their own laws in Flint County, passing their own judgments on deemed criminal action, disallowing the operation of any government department such as the ARPD and not recognising the government of Argonath.

This conflict has lead to the lives of countless law enforcement officials being lost with no sign of a ceasefire from either side. Due to the fear of losing more servicemen and women to this group, the ARPD has began raising extra awareness regarding the FLA and increased training exercises of their officers. According to a document published by the SAPD, it is thought that almost everyday at least one person is kidnapped or executed by the FLA. Will the FLA gain independence? It is too early to make any prediction. For the time being, I advise anyone travelling through or to Flint County to remain cautious and only use those routes if urgently required otherwise use other routes to travel. Good luck to all the servicemen and women in the field. The war goes on.

PRECEDENT SET WITH A $750,000 FINE

On 26th January, 2018 the long awaited verdict for The Gvardia Corporation V. Antonello Ancelotti civil case was delivered by his honour Alexander Treblin. This case has set a precedent with regards to contempt of court to a huge magnitude. Even though contempt of court is not a regular issue within the courts of Argonath, this verdict will most definitely eradicate any ideas a person may have other than following the correct procedures and rules of the courts. His honour Alexander Treblin has issued Cofiliano Gvardia, owner of the Gvardia Corporation with a penalty for contempt of court of nearly a million dollars. Without a doubt, this is one of the largest fines issued in the history of the Argonath courts.

Summary of the Verdict
The verdict is a long one but in summary, the Gvardia Corporation won the rights to the property but must reach an agreement with Mr. Ancelotti to pay the actual value of the property with an additional 50% of the market buyout value of the property to Mr. Ancelotti. If the two parties fail to reach an agreement then the case will be re-opened and his honour Foley J. will handle further proceedings.
