Hi all
I have just dusted off my barely used Playstation 2 and would like to start using it again. I am looking for a military style, first or third-person-shooter that is realistic (not sci-fi) and strategic (not one-man-army blowing everything to smithereens with a chain gun before the timer runs out).
Ideally, it will be the kind of game where I have to hide in a bush with a sniper rifle (I'd quite like to be able to read a book while I play) until an enemy patrol wanders into my line of sight and is met with a single bullet to the base of the skull... or something like that.
Graphics are irrelevant (so old is fine); all I'm interested in is gameplay, and it must be difficult (or at least have a setting to make it difficult)

This game involves basicly taking control of a lil alien dude, killing ppl with cool guns and flying ur UFO around and destroying citis etc...everything in the game is interactable :)

This is a great game, requires tactics, it is hard but requires patience mostly you are armed with your sniper but if not it is still amazing, this is one of my favorite games in PS2 and this is definitely the game for you( that is if you don't have it already)

best thing to do in bf2, go support, get on the ground, and mow down the other players.. works the best lmaowel support is nice i used to do that when I was a noob(no offence meant ) Now I usually play sniper or AT thats where the real skill is

I usually use the support kit if i am up against much better players , at point blank range it is the best to go with
but nothing beats landing a headshot on a guy with your silenced pistol after he emptied a whole support mag in the air next to you

Well...I dont know any like these, but there is Freelancer, a cool game, where you can act as a trader, mercenary, and outlaw. It's fun, you buy your own ship and upgrade it. But it's not RTS.
Try the newest Star Wars RTS, Star Wars: Empire At War. You have space battles and ground battles, but the ground battles aren't as good as space.

Well, Im not sure if you will find the game with those specific features... but as far as RTS games go, you should consider Command and Conquer, Zero hour or CNC 3, and Age of Empires 3...
Halo Wars I believe is a rip-off of Command and Conquer, and Spore is hardly a RTS - there is no strategy involved!

Well most FPS games I know are already said, though I didn't see this:
Urban Terror - it's a free game. It may not be the most realistic game, but the gameplay is decent, and I've had a lot of fun on it with friends. Might wanna try it out. There are no bots or singleplayer missions for it. The graphics don't swallow that much, so you are able to get a decent FPS(Framerate/Frames per second) on it, without having some extreme gaming machine.

Hello there. I'm looking for a shooter (maybe cartoon/fantasy.) game with a GREAT (something you'd say A or A+) storyline. No Call of duty Black ops or Infamous because I played both. If it has multiplayer, please include it in your reply, if not, no problems. I just want a game with a Good storyline that will keep me occupied for a while.

Now I love the Mafia series, along with the GTA styles, one problem is, I'm done with'em all and, so to say, waiting for another one in the series. Now I hope there are some awesome "look alikes" undiscovered for me! :D
I have a couple of points that I would appreciate if they are filled;
- A good storyline, not some crappy lowprice story.
- A "classy" style, mafia look. I'd rather take 30s - 70s then today.
- A attention thief, something that really makes me want to continue.
- A game that offer me some funny dialogs and such.

Hey guys I am looking for a new game.. I played many different games starting from Assassin's Creed to Black Ops, would be nice if you suggest me to get a new game because I finished all my story lines and I have nothing to do in my free time (Except playing on SAMP and IVMP).
Well I Guess you cant run those but I'd still recommend them : Bad company 2 and medal of honor.
And a game that I think you will be able to run is Splinter cell conviction. I liked it, it's nice, got a co-op.
Also a game that's nice, tho I dont think you'll be able to run it, check it out if you can on the internet, Assassin's Creed brotherhood. It's a fantastic game, one of the best i've ever played.
You can also try and download APB which is free, I heard it's ok, tho havn't played it. it looks nice tho.

If you want a FPS game, then definitley BC2, and if your pc will be able to run BF3, then ofcourse wait for BF3.

I'm looking for stealth games, or a game about special forces with awesome graphics you know something more like COD MW2 Task force 141 and the CIA in Black ops. Also I'd really appreciate it if you find stealth game for me with 'awesome graphics'. And tactical FPS games are also nice, beside that I want a new game, new style, something new. I didn't know about MW2 in the past so who knows there is probably a new game out there that I have no idea about it.

Well, if you're looking for an FPS stealth game, I'm afraid there isnt an actual one with good graphics and such, Except, if you like a game based on sniping, and then I would recommend you on ghost sniper. It's a nice game, I think the 2nd game in the series is about to come out + MW3 will come out in november 8. You can wait for it :)
