This whole thread is hilarious, and a great example of what community Argo has.
There has been no political / government RP/RPer since 2016 whatsoever.
The logic here is simply "We don't like Sheila so let's kill off our system again for another few years until some other idiot tries to make some positive changes to our server through this route." Which as for you players that never got ingame during my time in office you wouldn't even know about the impact our group was having on people and their RP.
The last three days before I went inactive, we hit 28, 29, then 31 online players in three consecutive days, the next day I go inactive and its been struggling with 20 ever since. The server was coming alive for the first time in a long time and I was giving some people a reason to log in everyday but I gave up too easily when I realized what a bunch of shit people I am trying to do this for hence the inactivity and hence why a few people have vanished with me.
I've been around RP communities for various games and projects for 11 years and I can honestly say I have never experienced something like this community. Don't get me wrong there's a few good guys around, they are the ones that play the game, not live in discord and the forums just shitting on things and people. They are the ones actively keeping the server alive.
Most people that commented here are either those people asking the "who the fuck is sheila" questions in discord before I was even running for governor, players that haven't actively been involved in anything for months/years, people that don't achieve anything through RP and get envious or just people sucking up Chester's ass.
People who barely log in once per 2 years suddenly decided to vote? No offense, but the reasons you stated are just your point of view, not the reality. Everyone had the same time as she had to sign up their party for the elections. She made several proposals to change the constitution. Is that what you mean by "taking over the Supreme Court"? Totally false accusations and I hope the party takes legal action against them.
^^^^^^^^ The proof is right here, all these comments and only one guy out of all of them has the sense to see what's up. This general mindset of the Argo community is why it's dead, why good people leave, and why it's not suddenly going to get better over night. Nathan you know exactly what I'm talking about as you agreed with most of it what I put in the discord chat a short while ago but here you are doing the complete opposite for a bit of giggles.
II. Actions Taken
Since the so-called "election" of Sheila of the LSDP, there have been various changes for the negative. Below is the small list of adverse actions taken.
- Discharge of Chester Campbell without any due process and defense.
- Attempted to take over of Supreme Court and no due process.
- Attempted to take over of CMB duties
- Disregard of public opinion and suggestions - calling dissident views as toxic and non-productive
- Publicly favoring certain businesses over other ones.

False, the process lasted 5 weeks. The AO was a last resort. He was free to take it to court and defend himself but we all know that would have been a complete waste of time and would have just taken down two additional players with him. The Police Commissioner and the Chief along with an Attorney all looked into my case, along with Chesters, and decided the AO was more than acceptable and were happy to see Chester removed.

I don't know where you got this information from unless you're referring to that post I made where constitution updates were going to be proposed legitimately...

Was there some roleplay I was involved in where this happened? Or are you referring to that OOC post again where I made some reccomendation for RP events? I.E calling Marcel toxic shortly before he was community banned for being toxic? Okay.

What does this mean, did I neglect somebody? Or do you mean I put extra effort into Shafted Engines which I made the blueprint for and practically set up for those guys? Not sure what you meant by this but it's probably just some more deluded crap like the other things listed here...
Anyhow! No need to get me removed, I did it myself a couple weeks ago. You'd all know this if you were active players :)
