Petition to remove Sheila Santiago from Governor Position

Hello, citizens of Argonath. On this beautiful day in December, I believe it is deemed necessary to remove Sheila Santiago from the Governor's position over the San Andreas State.

There are multiple reasons for this petition:


I. Election

Due to the lack of activity in the City Hall, and lack of notices on both forums and in-game, the election has defaulted to the only candidate running - Sheila Santiago of the Los Santos Democratic Party. This unfair outcome resulted in negative actions taken (such as listed in section II) without a single vote counted for the election.

Petition: We, the citizens of San Andreas, demand re-election with at least TWO candidates in the voting style of plurality/majority system. The citizens of Argonath should have the ability to vote (via the forum or in-game) for the candidate that closely aligns with their views.


II. Actions Taken

Since the so-called "election" of Sheila of the LSDP, there have been various changes for the negative. Below is the small list of adverse actions taken.

- Discharge of Chester Campbell without any due process and defense.
- Attempted to take over of Supreme Court and no due process.
- Attempted to take over of CMB duties
- Disregard of public opinion and suggestions - calling dissident views as toxic and non-productive
- Publicly favoring certain businesses over other ones.

Though Sheila's reign has been small in terms of time, there has been much turmoil and adverse effects on the citizens of San Andreas.

Petition: We, the citizens of San Andreas, demand a revert of all changes made by Sheila's political party and allow due process for all actions taken by the government, such as letting public forum for input on important issues.


III. Inactivity

Recently, it has been noticed that Sheila and the LSDP have gone completely radio-silent. The citizens of San Andreas have seen both in-game activities (0 hours this week, 5 hours last week) and lack of forum activity.

Petition: We, the citizens of San Andreas, demand that whoever is in political leadership must maintain proper activity in the city and on the forum as well. We believe that standing in front of LSCH (being AFK) is not an appropriate way to show activity.


Because of the reasons listed, believe, I, Nathan Aldebourne, a citizen of San Andreas, raise a great concern over the current government leadership. I, with the citizens of San Andreas, would like to call for the removal of Sheila and her party and for new re-election to be held for the governor position.

People who barely log in once per 2 years suddenly decided to vote? No offense, but the reasons you stated are just your point of view, not the reality. Everyone had the same time as she had to sign up their party for the elections. She made several proposals to change the constitution. Is that what you mean by "taking over the Supreme Court"? Totally false accusations and I hope the party takes legal action against them.
