Title: PROBLEM on IV:MP, Singleplayer

Hello here, Its been a long time since i play this IV:MP
been inactive cuz they change the client from gta iv to gta eflc

But the real problem is
Every time I open EFLC  via IV:MP its always play on Singleplayer
I did install IV:MP and it successfully install it

Things i tried
*Played Singleplayer first

*Re-Install both ivmp and the client

*I download the latest ivmp from their official site

*Running in admin both ivmp and eflc.exe

I did patch my client to  1.1.3.0 patch

But sadly another error appear saying
This application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)
the worst part is I cant play the singeplayer

Help me folks I want to play this game with you, I miss my house and I miss my car, I miss roleplay, I miss everything!

You should try to reinstall IV:MP while your anti-virus is turned off and make sure that your EFLC is working fine.
Also check if Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 redistribute x86 (https://aka.ms/vs/15/release/vc_redist.x86.exe) is installed at your computer.

patch 1.1.3.0 or 1.1.2.0 will both work for you, just make sure to turn off the Real-time protection before installing the client.

try to Rename the file "paul.dll" to "paulDISABLED.dll
 
edit: do u have maybe gta 4 complete edition?
        can we see what command lines do u use?

the only thing on my commandline is
-norestrictions
-nomemrestrict
cuz i dont know how to use it

anyways I can play the gta iv in singleplayer
but sadly everytime i play gta eflc is said the unable error blah blah (this error appear after i update it into 1.1.2.0 it works well on 1.0.8.0

and better to mention this

but in my LaunchEFLC.exe it say my previous version which is 0.1.0.8
dont you think this is the problem ?

I believe installing T4 in some situations can be more cocky than the older T3  :lol:

Pls when u answer give a complete answer. what do u mean that u play gta iv and elf? u just open single player or u made a savegame?

I found this (https://troubleshooter.xyz/wiki/fix-games-application-error-0xc0000142/) about ur error

So in summary:
1. update again to 1.1.3.0
2. if u got the 0xc0000142 error try the fix that i linked(I dont know if ur game is cracked and we wil not help with that rules (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=110977.0) , but pls check if that is the problem )
3.play single player and make a savegame.
4. try the multiplayer
5.If that dont work no worries we are moving to citizien :D, so u dont need eflc

i got 1.1.1.0 client and i patch it to 1.1.2.0 and this error came
