PROBLEM on IV:MP, Singleplayer

Hello here, Its been a long time since i play this IV:MP
been inactive cuz they change the client from gta iv to gta eflc

But the real problem is
Every time I open EFLC  via IV:MP its always play on Singleplayer
I did install IV:MP and it successfully install it


I got this version tho


Things i tried
*Played Singleplayer first

*Re-Install both ivmp and the client

*I download the latest ivmp from their official site

*Running in admin both ivmp and eflc.exe

*This one

Try installing these files Click here to download.

Then restart your pc and launch again.

the worst part is I cant play the singeplayer

This application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)
the worst part is I cant play the singeplayer

You should try to reinstall IV:MP while your anti-virus is turned off and make sure that your EFLC is working fine.
Also check if Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 redistribute x86 is installed at your computer.

patch 1.1.3.0 or 1.1.2.0 will both work for you, just make sure to turn off the Real-time protection before installing the client.

edit: do u have maybe gta 4 complete edition?
        can we see what command lines do u use?

the only thing on my commandline is
-norestrictions
-nomemrestrict
cuz i dont know how to use it

anyways I can play the gta iv in singleplayer
but sadly everytime i play gta eflc is said the unable error blah blah (this error appear after i update it into 1.1.2.0 it works well on 1.0.8.0

and better to mention this

in the EFLC.exe it say 1.1.2.0
but in my LaunchEFLC.exe it say my previous version which is 0.1.0.8
dont you think this is the problem ?

edit: eflc not working after i patch it to 1130 but the gta iv works fine wonder why hmm
