After 14 years living in Vice City, the life became difficult for two Cuban brothers trying to grow in
criminal busness involving yayo. The two Diaz brothers got their goons and were on their way to a
large drug trade, they both had bad feelings about this. After ariving to the trade point, SWAT
comes rushing in out of nowhere, shots were fired in every direction. Police and Swat was opening
fire on everyone being present on the site, Diaz brothers get back in their vehicle and drove off,
leaving all of their goons and their drugs behind to the Feds. They dicided it will be best if they leave
the city right away. On their way to the Vice City International Airport, they got a call from old friend,
Don of Gvardia mafia back from San Andreas. They dicided to meet and talk about things. The Don of
Gvardia mafia was on his way to Vice City and to take a nice vication from all the trouble back at home.
After Diaz brothers had a nice talk with the Don, they bought tickets straight to San Fierro SA, for
hopes to start with a new begining and new life by forming a new mafia.

I will pay full price for the car myself, but the car has to be one of the "mafia cars", they
are Patriot and Savanna. There is some argeements thow, the car has to be spawn
(/delivercar) at our "hood", Peir 69 SF. Also the car must be painted the mafia colors
(/paintcar). our mafia colors are bright colors such as baby blue, neon yellow, and pink.
Also if the member leaves or gets kicked from mafia, he will have to return the car back to me.

I got my SA CD, my PC is on service, since its not my hard disk that died, my hole PC had electric shock or something, so my cooler and video card are gone! Good news is : i have a second pick cooler and my friend gonna give me new graphic card, since he doesnt need it, only hard disk left again :rofl: Anyway in max 1 week i am back online...

So basicly, Capos will start acting and working like Capos, co-leader only aprove members for trial period etc, whill all regular members shoud aproach on Capos, for any question, also Capos are the one who are IN CHARGE of organizing members, giving them task, protecting the leaders, etc.
This is done, so members shoudnt ask co-leaders for any thing they are not familiar to it, once more YOU HAVE A QUESTION ? Ask Capos online ( or co-leader if none Capo online)...
Also, if some of co-leader can make a Capo/High Soldiers/ trial soldiers description and post it acording to this way of organizing, it woud be nice.
