But It was only a timed promotion till Eug and I getting back, Since I got back already so the ranks would go back as they were

I'm leaving for a meeting round with 'Sugar Producers' in Cuba for 3 weeks.
My flight will leave from S.F.A.P at this Thursday (30.4.09) and I will be back at 22.5.09

In the mean time, I would like that Traser Diaz would replace my position,
Our Cartel is frozen till i'm back or till Traser takes it on him in the mean time.

I'm going to a vacation at Russia for 3 weeks, I'll be going out at Thursday, 30.4.09 and be back at 22.5.09
As I said in the RP letter, I'm putting Traser in my position till I'm back, He will do my job while I'm away.
I won't have any internet access while away, I hope my mobile phone internet would work there, But I doubt it.

New re-organization of Gvardia:

1) All crews are united in one crew, with 3 capos

2)All sister mafias are now closed, and united back in Gvardia

Also there will be a diferent way of operating.

Killar Jenny Drix- 3 Capos, with each task that is specific.

Killar_Gvardia is the main Capo, that leads the soldiers, Jenny train and recrute the newcomers, and replace Killar when he is inactive, Drix is risponsible for recruting associate, training them, and he is obligated to control them as his own crew..

So basicly, Capos will start acting and working like Capos, co-leader only aprove members for trial period etc, whill all regular  members shoud aproach on Capos, for any question, also Capos are the one who are IN CHARGE of organizing members, giving them task, protecting the leaders, etc.
This is done, so members shoudnt ask  co-leaders for any thing they are not familiar to it, once more YOU HAVE A QUESTION ? Ask Capos online ( or co-leader if none Capo online)...


Also, if some of co-leader can make a Capo/High Soldiers/ trial soldiers description and post it acording to this way of organizing, it woud be nice.

I would've like that Diaz would stay...
But we had a plan from the first place, we won't back stab the guys who actually started us.
I hope it will come back some day...
