1st generation - The rise.
1960, Salvatore Cuesta. Immigrant, father of two kids and reliable on his family. He moved out of Mexico in his early thirties. Arriving at the Los Santos Unity train station, gazing upon the South area of Santos. With barely money to feed his two sons, he moved out to an immigrant section which was still in a project state, considered by the governmental resources located Downtown. Corona Flats, better known as a project neighborhood for low wealthed immigrants. With multiple bargains with the government, Salvatore managed to gain himself a project apartment. Two by four living room, small kitchen and one bedroom. With both his sons sleeping on nothing more then a matress in the bedroom and Salvatore on the couch located in the living room. The sixties was a hard time for aswell his sons as himself. Corona Flats, later known as El Corona was located down the industrial sector of Los Santos, Salvatore gained himself a job down the metal factory called "Hip tai plastic & metal factory." This was a company tree of Ahng Tai, a rather rich Asian that had work for a lot of immigrants down El Corona. Salvatore managed to work as a car hulsing caser, print vehicle frames in plain metal. It was hard and dirty work but the payrole was enough to keep his house and to feed his sons, preparing them for their education. In 1962, the government enlarged their project down El Corona and increased the area with new properties. Salvatore managed to work himself to a decent new build but still a low wealth-able house down 125th street. Three by five living room, still a small kitchen but two bedrooms, suitable for both the sons as the Salvatore himself. Down at the metal factory, he managed to get himself a decent reputation for his hard work and commitment for the company itself. He worked himself up as foreman, supervisor of the factory itself and an own office in multiple office blocks. Ahng Tai increased the capacity of possible employees down his factory and multiple other immigrants as non-immigrants gained a job position. This also lead to an increased supervise view as the capacity increased with a twenty-two new employees. 1967, Ahng Tai sold his factory for a large amount to a business entrepreneur that worked for La Eme. A mexican high standard organisation that had several legal fronts down Los Santos as in San Fierro aswell. Hip Tai plastic & metal factory was re-named upon the contract of overtaking. This became "Doracoda's Corporations" a lot of employees got fired and new employees arrived. Salvatore could stay due his Supervisor position and it was hard to replace him since his knowledge within the factory was high. On an average hot Santo' weather, Salvatore was called to be presence at Jose Doracoda's office. The office building, located in the center of Downtown is a well known by the medium to rich class civilians of Los Santos. A cab was send towards Salvatore's location and the cab was already payed for. Once arriving at the office, Doracoda introduced Salvatore in the illegal side of Doracoda's Corporations. The situation in Corona was critical and his sons were not in a state to be satisfied about their movement. Salvatore took the decision to accept the introduction and was now a part of the criminal underworld. 1972, Salvatore is now working as an extortioner for La Eme. Many shops down Corona rolled down on Salvatore's name. His wealth increased, his sons were able to get a proper education and Salvatore's doubts were gone, colorfull shades began to rise.

2nd generation - Like father, like son.
1983, Alberto Cuesta. Immigrant, older brother, honorable husband & father of a son. Alberto is the son of Salvatore Cuesta. His life changed roughly after the death of his father. No-one ever knows what happend to Salvatore nor no-one speaks about it. La Eme took over atleast 50% of the local shops down El Corona. Alberto and his brother could keep the other 50%. Only Jorge, Alberto's brother and aswell the son of Salvatore was disgusted by the fact that he would hold blood money and took a distance on the percentage of the shops. Jorge moved out to San Fierro to start on his own, legalized to the fullest extend. Alberto on the other side had an eye for power and wealth. With his beautifull wife, smart and healthy son, his life could only work out to end up as one happy family. Maria Cuesta is a floralist, works in one of the shops down El Corona to provide floral decoration of properties, yards & parties. Many flowers and tree's are comming from "Cuesta's Floria." Nothing really changed untill the late 90's. 1993, an orange convertable rolled down El Corona, several males with skully's, black rags and sunglasses stopped at the bar around the corner. Right next to the bar was Cuesta's Floria, you could even see Maria working there on that day, cutting her violet floral park just outside her shop. One of the males entered the bar, the other two remained outside. After aproximitly thirty minutes, the male exited the bar, approached the convertable as the other two followed him. Ten minutes later another vehicle was in plain sight this time not a convertable but a simple four door sedan. Several shots were fired from a drive-by position towards the bar as they drove out of Corona, still firing. Police arrived at the scene on a short notice and 7 body bags were filled up. Maria Cuesta, beautifull wife and mother was murdered in cold blood. Harmless bystander caught in the crossfire. Alberto and Mario's heart got damaged on a large extend as the loss of their family member passes by. Word on the streets and other neighborhoods were that the La Nuestra Familia sended enforcers to take handle some business. La Nuestra, strict enemy of La Eme since the start of the prison era. Alberto catched the word on the street and stepped to Jose Doracoda, now a very old but still powerfull man within the districts of Los Santos. Actions were taken on the Nuestra Familia and blood feuds started to rise in Los Santos. 2006, Mario amongst several other El Corona habitants were wearing suits, tied up. Located at the Cemetary down Temple Drive. As you take a gaze upon the tomb stone you could read "Here rests Alberto Cuesta, honorable husband, lovefull father." Alberto died to an heart attack in his own house while he was reading the news paper of that early morning. Mario was at a friend's place at that time and the neighbors spotted the car of Alberto still on the parking lot, Alberto was always gone in the early morning each day after another. In the afternoon the ambulances arrived but it was already too late. Mario which was situated on the porch of the Salcida's received a cellphone call and got on scene as fast as he could. Like Salvatore, both went out as medium wealthed proud fathers.

3rd generation - Only the strong survive.
2010, Mario Cuesta. Born and raised in Los Santos, father and motherless. Twenty nine years old, raised up by power, wealth and respect. Mario is a part of the new generation. The Southside Aztecas X3 generation, a Corona Flats street gang that operates from the Aztec. This is the project side of Corona. A lot changed within the South districts and this now began to become a place where only strong people will survive. With the influence of all type of drug resources that ranges from crack, cocaine and marijuana was one of their money incomes. Southside Aztecas X3 is where Mario stepped up. This all dates back from the fact that he lost a lot due La Eme and the Nuestra Familia feud. In this generation, mafia organised crime decreased and they were divided in a street organisation tree. La Eme wanted young Latino's with no shame or pity for crime. With the history of Salvatore and Alberto, Mario became to get a lot of attention. La Eme appointed him as Jefe, Rey of Corona. With the notorious Joseph Salcida as lieutenant. Aztecas was originated in a long history, even before the era of three. The Aztec's were a Mexican community with their ancient knowledge in gold mines and diamonds. In this era these ancient heritages still took stance under other names and actions. El Corona is exactly formed as the ancient ancestors originated from. Southside Aztecas X3 is a tree-set of the notorious Sure

What is the Housing Project?
The housing project is a sub-faction tree where outsiders can try and roleplay their character into the Aztecas faction. Each outsider that wants to affiliate himself with the faction as an official member will get the chance to do this through the housing project. Your character will have to buy himself a house in the region of El Corona and simply pay the tax fee that has been given by an In-Character method each week. This is mainly used as protection for yourself and the house you're living in. With this project, you will have an easy way to introduce your character to the neighborhood by starting as a habitant of El Corona. People that are living in the neighborhood will gain a slight chance increasement of getting recognized by any faction members that are already inside the faction. Characters that buy merchandises from this faction such as a new TV or radio and eventual drugs will be seen as true habitants of the neighborhood. Original characters that are roleplayed to the fullest with up and downsides will be selected and supervised at first. Stereotypes will be less likely getting the chance of being affiliated with the faction since Varrio Los Aztecas is a faction with a realistic neighborhood history and future. Each invidual will have to find his own original approach or settlement history within El Corona. When you bought your house in El Corona and you're recognized by the veteran habitants of El Corona, you might have the chance of getting approached to talk about your tax fee. Tax fee is gathered to make sure everyone is paying their debts to the neighborhood and it will be used as a protection sign to ensure your safety within El Corona. Your name will be asked to make a notice of who's living in the neighborhood. Roleplaying on your porch or working on your house/yard is an original approach and appreciated by the inside members of the faction and most likely your neighbors. Causing trouble is at own risk and will be dealt with by either your neighbor or by a member of the Aztecas.
History of El Corona.
The Corona Flats Housing Project dates back to the sixties. Corona Flats got created in 1962 when the then mayor of Los Santos created the first Housing Project, which was the home of immigrants from Mexico who worked in the nearby factories and shops. America was the goal for the Mexicans, in the eyes of the Mexicans it was the promised land, a land painted in colorful shades. After a year the district began to grow, new waves of immigrants came to Corona Flats in Los Santos. At the beginning of Corona Flats police did not see any sign of organized crime. In the late seventies the streets of Corona Flats started to get involved with drugs, crack, cocaine and marijuana. At the same time in the prisons of San Andreas formed the first prison gangs. La Nuestra Familia and rival, La Eme were gangs from southern San Andreas. La Eme slowly began to recruit new members who started to sell drugs and engaged in any dirty work for the above set of gangsters in the gang behind bars. In the late eighties these dealers for La Eme formed a gang together in Los Santos, they started the first Sure

Bought a house, what now?
Now that you bought yourself a place to stay, you might want to work on your characteristics. Characters that are willing to roleplay to the maximum extend will have a higher chance of being roleplayed with. Your house is your own property, if you're having problems with any technical problems related to your house you can either work on it yourself or use any services provided in the community. Your house is most likely a place where you come after a hard day of work or after your everyday actions. You have the right to ask someone to leave from your property area no matter who's trespassing your property. With the tax fee, you are allowed to contact any Aztecas member by either approaching them or calling them if you gained their phone number. This is an all in feature that you will gain by paying the tax fee, although the fee might increase dependable on the actions you take towards the Corona community. If you are engaging yourself in a lot of problems that tax collectors will have to solve, your fee will increase due the actions that have to be taken by them. Refusal to pay the fee can either end up as your character not being able to gain protection from the faction anymore or even an eviction from your house. Trash or any neighborhood violations will be dealt with, you're responsible for your own property but the neighborhood have to stay unharmed from your presence in Corona. Be always civilized !
My house got damaged by rivals, help?
If your house has been damaged by El Corona rivalized factions, you'll be able to report this to the tax collectors. The damage that have been caused to your property will be solved dependable on the inpact and the origin of the damage. If your house have been damaged by any weapons in a drive-by , damaged by melee actions or in the worst case burned down, a refund of the tax fee will be provided to cover up your property. However if the property has been burned down, the governmental insurance will cover that part unless your insurance is not yet worked out. The rival faction of Varrio Los Aztecas will keep an eye out for the attackers but you're responsible for the actions you take upon them. We will not ask you to be one of the companions on the hunt. The roleplay to renovate the house is fully up to yourself and the neighbors. If you're encountering any trouble with the right tools that are too expensive, you could ask around if someone can provide you with it. Some might be laying around the neighborhood but in other cases, it has to be stolen from another neighborhood. You will have to pay at a reduced price for that tool or object to renovate your house again. Simply ignoring the damaged caused to your house is not allowed and will be dealt with through one of the administrators that are on duty at that time. Use common sense when you take a look at the damage, if your house got damaged with an increased impact, you could lose your place to stay for the moment being. Sanctuary can be found by your neighbors or family.
I'm official associated, what now?
When you're introduced and earned your colors within El Corona, a few things might chance to your property. Your tax fee will be massively reduced. This means that you still got to the pay untill you managed to achieve the third rank in the Aztecas member tree. This is used with common sense though, if something has been worked out by an In Character method and you found a way to not pay any taxes, then so be it. Your house might also be used as a stash house for merchandises. This can range from stolen house objects such as televisions, radio's, microwaves, etc. Also if your character is trusted enough you might have to hold a certain drug amount or specific weapons in your property. This will be all settled by an In-Character section though. Once a member of the Aztecas, you can ask to gain an house object for free that you have stolen in a random property in a home invasion burglar activity. However this will only range for one house object only. If you want the advanced microwave aswell, you'll have to pay for it.

In Character.
** You have been notified by a young Latino bmx rider, later that day Joseph Salcida approaches you around midnight, you will see something that looks like a weapon. He looks at you slightly with a derisive glance and then spits on the ground and speaks afterwards.**
You're the f**king new bastard who has been introduced? Okay, okay. So now listen to me, f**king rat. If you want to live here normally I advise you to follow the rules. One of them is that you keep your mouth shut about what we do, it ain't your f**king business, you know? Shit, it doesn't matter what I do with my homies, you just keep your mouth shut. The second thing is to cooperate with the police. Don't even try f**king around, bad girl. You even say good morning to a f**king dog if we tell you to. What if you don't ? It will be your last f**king good day, motherf**ker. What do you think? This is some f**ked bullshit? We rule here! Big bad Azteca 13 gang f**kin' punk. Another rule is to not bring some f**kin' blacks or other motherf**kers of another race than ours to the neighborhood. If you try to bring them in it will be the last time you see your friend, that's what's up. What the f**k I say ? It will be the last time you anyone! **Laughs Hysterically.** Maybe I'm a f**kin' lunatic, but you know what is most important? That I could give a f**k about you. Stick to these rules and you can live here. Keep it real.
** After finishing the speeches Joseph puts his right hand which he imitates a gun with to his head and then walks away from you still looking at you like you're the enemy. After a he moment disappears in the darkness of El Corona.**
Out of Character.
The OOC Rules are mostly just common sense. Be mature, respect eachother OOCly, no OOC f**king around and no f**king around while being IC. We would love it if you show your creativity, we do not allow people that stand around all day waiting to get talked to. We want you to try to develop your character in the district, as realistic as possible. Getting known a bit is not that hard, depends on the skill of the player. If a player quite skilled in slang and has knowledge about roleplaying hispanics has a good chance to become an outsider, however unlike some other gangs an outsider is not someone very important. Outsider is simply a rank that says "this guy knows how to play, however he still has to prove himself". Being an outsider is the longest road, sometimes it can take up to a month or more to join us, but it can also take less time, depends on you. Before submitting the application you should first take a look at a few documents and videos about Sure
