Tip for those white pixels around those guys.
1. Duplicate layer.
2. Take the duplicated layer and put it under the original one.
3. Select the duplicated layer and go to Filter -> Blur -> Gaussin Blur.
4. Play with the settings and you will probally see that you get a smoother outside.

Oh, and remove the shadow :-)
