This topis is for people who can not login to their account after a server restart.
Occasionally, due to uncompleted account transactions, an account can become bugged as a result of a server restart. This can cause loss of password, or loss of properties.
If you suddenly can not log in, or smething seems to be fuly missing from your account post here:

Hope this can be fixed before Sunday since tomorrow will be my last night here for 10 weeks and I prefer not coming back and see it sold to anyone else.

but it didnt and i lost 196,900$ + a house i rly want.
proof: chatlogs /time 13:30 till 14:15 12 aprill.
proof2: in the pic u see "house id + 0$" wich means its sold.
Last owner before me was dr.Jerome_Gvardia wich left it unowned.
and i sold it to see maybe it will be fixed so its "for sale" + i didnt get cash+ i want this house since i found it unowned and its mine i bought it but than bug fucked it all :(.

Protperty admins will reset your hhouse and ensure the value will be back in your account.

It's about my vehicles. I got two cars. One Tahoma and BMX. When I logg in , they are moving/teleporting or whatever. And I can't find em.

I've actually got some responses from a few managers, at first it was "Yeah I can fix it." but it always come back as "'Oh shit, your account is extremely bugged, I don't have time to fix this right now.". So hopefully yours isn't as bad as mine.. I think we need a different topic for the "incorrect passwords" as this one is being spammed by people who don't have phone numbers :roll: and can still play the game.

Make a fresh install of San Andreas and SA-MP. Or remove the last installed mod before this began.

Probably a connection issue. Try logging in with a different name (but do not register) and see if it gives you the option to register.

Well it started 2 days ago, suddently the message appears that my name is unacceptable > "CONENCTION REJECTED: Unacceptable Nickname; take a other one with 3-12 characters, dont use character like tm..." well 2 days before it only appears once, today it appears 1 hour ago every time, and now suddenly nothing, its really strange O.o
Also something strange is that is sometimes dont appear, and dissconnect me without anything, than i alwys need to restart SA:MP. Sometimes it disconnect me without saying anything and keeps trying to join SA:MP and suddently the message appears again "CONECTION REJECTED..."

Still haven't got a refund for this one, talked IG with Pancher but he needed Murt confirm him that he deleted this property, later on when both were online Murt couldn't remember and forum was down. Also now my car is bugged, instead of spawning at the saved location he is TPing around according to /heydude. My car ID is 3974. Please help me to sort this out finally...

Lost: Got 2 cars. 1st car dissapeared from it's respawning position, and can't find it because /heydude 1 not working for me. Nothing wrong about 2nd car - it's where it should be, I can drive it, can find it, /heydude 2 works fine. After doing /invent - there's no such a thing like ''car 1'' in the list. Only ''car 2'' displayed.
Another problem (''Lost 2'' ?): Problems with skins. After going inside my house (id: 89, El Corona, Los Santos) to change skin, I do it and everything fine. After changing skin I got that skin which I was selected and walking on the streets or doing anything like normal and skin don't dissapear. As soon as I log out from the server and log in back anytime - skin dissapears and I need to get inside my house again to select skin once again.
P.S.: Relogging doesn't helps. After I contacted to administrators/moderators on server about this problems, they asked me - ''do You use any mods?''. My answer: No.

This is caused because you are logging in too early. Wait until the character have started to dance. And wait another 5 seconds just to be
sure before you login. So ye. Dont log in too early ;)

changed firedepartment's vehicles. If you do not wish to keep these modifications:
1. Try to uninstall your modifications, if any.
2. Try re-installing your game, ensuring to have an original copy containing original files.

The reason why the range is blocked is because of the ban evasion of =KOs=Sam.
However, that has stopped and there is no reason why the range should be blocked from now on.

Forum PM me personally with your own forum account if you need a password reset as our access to even restore passwords were limited due to the Panel's downtime. I can now say they can be restored with a password change, so I can help you. Of course these password resets are for in-game accounts on SA:MP RPG.
But as confirmation, use your own forum account. Provide me with any information that I might need and you think is relevant to it.
