Make a fresh install of San Andreas and SA-MP. Or remove the last installed mod before this began.

Sounds to me that your game is simply freezing.

Lost: Well, I do not know did I lost something or not, but when I connect Argo server, it just says : "Welcome to Argonath Server" and nothing more, I just can't log in.

Probably a connection issue. Try logging in with a different name (but do not register) and see if it gives you the option to register.
