I. The Pilot
Wo Shing's Crime Community was created by Wo Shing himself. It started off in '1920s when things in China started to become rougher in the community. This was in Hong Kong then. Wo Shing developed a triad under the name 14K(which also got split into several divisions). As the 14K triads started growing off, the second world war took place in our history. The Japanese Yakuza used their supplies of oil to construct an army suitable for that kind of warfare which the Second World War offered. This is something they got by the 14K's assistance. As 14K continued to grow, they started extending their territories outside of China as well. This included Vietnam, Korea and Hawaii. As Hawaii became a official state of United States. This led to that Argonathian forces started pushing 14K out of Hawaii. 14K and the Yakuza became two very well known allies and their connections grew even further. 14K demanded the Yakuza to attack Pearl Harbour. As Yakuza was afraid to get their hands dirty then, they commanded the Japanese Army to attack Pearl Harbour. This slowed down the Argonathian forces and United States was now officially part with the allies during the Second World War.

II. The '1950s
After the '1950s, the 14K made an impact in Hawaii with assistance from the Japanese Yakuza. The Japanese Yakuza started running the Hotel's all over Hawaii, but 14K had taken over all kind of supplies such as vehicular transport, ferries, planes, and vehicle dealerships. The 1960s hits and aircrafts are now used for transports and not only for warfare strategy. One of the first planes crashes in the history happened by the Japanese coast when Wo Shing's plane crashed. 14K lost their dragon head, and a new leader should be chosen. A lot of confusion by the election of a new dragon head occurred and the 14K was shut down in the late '1970s.

III. The Community has returned
The year is 1991 and 14K has now returned with an annonymous name, according to Wikipedia - the name is was never leaked. The 14K's second leader was killed which was the main reason of the community to return. His son Wo Fat has taken over the family business in full investigation to find out who killed his father. The Investigation continues which leads Wo Fat to New York city. He there meets a Russian Mafia leader under the name Vas. During this time - Wo Fat did not know directly how his father died, but assumed it would've been an ambush. This was proven correct and lead Wo Fat to O'ahu, Hawaii. In Hawaii, it is the Japanese Yakuza who runs the islands. They've assisted Hawaii with most industrial supplies than the government could offer which made the Japanese Yakuza a huge resource for Hawaii. In all surprise, the assistance of the Japanese Yakuza leads Wo Fat to a former CIA agent. Name is confidential and he did not find out. Wo Fat uses his sources with the Yakuza to get a police officer to scene make this former CIA agent's dead using a car bomb.

IV. The Chapter of Anton & Victor Hesse
As Wo Fat is the person who would not get in too much trouble, he found out that a world known arms dealer under the name Anton Hesse was taken into custody by Naval Intelligence. Anton Hesse got a brother which is also his partner - His name is Victor Hesse. Victor and Anton Hesse are two irish international weapon smugglers and dealers. They've been known from Iraq war where they traded military supplies to the Middle-Eastern Forces. Victor Hesse and Anton Hesse are two criminals who do not stand in the sun light, visible. They hide in the shadows and hide from everyone. It requires patience to reach to them, but Wo Fat succeeded. However, during the past years, a law enforcement officer in Hawaii had been investigating a murder case for way too long than expected. He did not seem to trust anybody and got closer to Wo Fat. He did not trust anyone and felt that his life was in direct danger all the time, which lead to that he resigned from the Honolulu Police Department to investigate this case in the shadows. Wo Fat knew that this detective got evidence stocked correctly and brought him even closer to Wo Fat, it was important that Wo Fat got in contact with Anton & Victor Hesse. As Anton was captured and taken into custody by the Naval Intelligence, Wo Fat just knew that this was the perfect timing. Wo Fat did not want his hands dirty and would delete all possible evidences from now on that could connect him to any murders. Victor Hesse was depending on Anton Hesse which is why Wo Fat got so simply to reach Victor Hesse. They agreed that Wo Fat would get Anton out of trouble if Victor Hesse killed this detective, which turned out to be the father of the operation leader of the apprehension of Anton Hesse. During the transportion of Anton Hesse, Victor gave the operation leader(son of detective) a ring where he started trading his brother with his father. The meantime, Victor's assistant gets a trace of the convoy which leads Wo Fat's forces into combat with Naval Intelligence. Wo Fat knew where this would end. Anton Hesse was neutralized and so was this detective. The investigation of this detective begins which leads to Wo Fat, but not directly. He's just a suspect for now, but has to delete all evidences. Wo Fat uses the opportunity to kill the governor of Hawaii where everything looks like the naval commander (which is investigating the murder of his father(the person who Victor Hesse killed after Anton Hesse died)) killed the governor as the fire arm was slotted into a tased naval commander's hand. Victor Hesse was already captured and imprisoned into a Correctional Facility in Hawaii and so was this Naval Commander. Wo Fat therefore ordered Victor Hesse to kill this Naval Commander. If he was killed in prison, then nobody would suspect Wo Fat, it would not even be investigated and no fingers would've been pointed. Victor Hesse knew for sure that Wo Fat would get rid of all evidences, this included killing Victor Hesse and Victor Hesse therefore assisted this Naval Commander to escape the Correctional Facility to go after Wo Fat. The Naval Commander fails to find Wo Fat in time and Victor Hesse is murdered by Wo Fat himself.

V. Wo Shing's Crime Community's development
Wo Fat is getting closer to answers of his father's murder which leads to a codename 'Shelburne'. The Naval Commander is lead to North Korea where he is being kidnapped and tortured, he escapes a few days after with assistance from Naval Intelligence. Wo Fat is later captured and sent to a Hawaiian Correctional Facility. 'Shelburne' then comes out from the darkness and shows herself to the light. Yeah, the killer of Wo Fat's father is a woman. A former CIA agent. Wo Fat then manages to escape from prison with assistance of a criminal crew in Hawaii. Wo Fat then escapes out of Hawaii and back to Korea where he can focus on his plans and the future of this annonymous crime organization which gets the name Wo Shing's Crime Community.

General Information
The Wo Shing's Crime Community is considered as the only whole Chinese Crime Community considering of a Commission, Triad and several Street Gangs are to come. The Wo Shing's is a completely new project in Argonath RPG where we will focus on roleplay infront of shootouts. The Wo Shing's are and will never be a group who will play for achievement, but we play for fun and for a new kind of criminal roleplay basis in Argonath RPG. That means - no more of being pulled over by the police and you go like "OMG abuse", the leaders of the group will be picked carefully and shall always stand like a role model to other players. They should have a very clean admin record(from the day they joined Wo Shing's). When that is said. Wo Shing's leaders shall always remain polite and stand with a nice attitude when we're out of roleplay. When Wo Shing started it's development, it was a requirement that members should play for fun and not always have it our way. We will never stand for moaning and groaning, which will lead to administrative punishments.

Wo Shing will also not be the kind of group who will run/bunny hop around with a combat shotgun. Combat shotgun will remain as a banned weapon. As Wo Shing is a crime community and consider of street gangs - we will develop a street community where we don't run to the ammunation to buy the weapons, but rarely go to ammunations. We will focus on getting our guns in roleplay also. The same goes with drugs. The street members will be dealing with regular narcotic trafficing in Los Santos. When that is said - We will not run around PMing everyone "Selling/buying weed and heroin??", no. We will meet up in roleplay and take it from there. PM is a very isolated form of 'roleplay', it is private and drug trafficing itself does not fit for the PM. The Wo Shing is of course not only a street gang, but also a triad and a commission. The triad will be a mafia which will stand very close to the commission. In fact, the triad will always be near the commission to help and assist them in any possible ways. As well as it is meant to held deals and do standard mafia roleplay.

Ranking Information
Wo Shing's Crime Community as mentioned is based on several groups into one group. We consider of street gang(s), triad and a commission. Wo Shing's are not meant to be based on 1000 of different ranks, but we'd stick to regular ones.

Wo Shing's Commission

"Mountain Master"
Dragon Head(Leader)
The "Mountain Master" also known as the Dragon Head has all responsibility for development and implementing new structure and
rules to the Wo Shing's Crime Community. He can take control and give orders to Deputy of Mountain Master, Vanguards, White
Paper Fans, Red Poles, Straw Sandals, 49ers and Blue Lanterns.

"Deputy Mountain Master"
Deputy of Dragon Head
The "Deputy Mountain Master" also known as the Deputy of Dragon Head is the assistant of the Mountain Master. He can implement
new structure and rules with the permission of the Mountain Master, and may be leading the Wo Shing's if the Mountain Master is
absent. The Deputy Mountain Master can take control and give orders to Vanguards, White Paper Fans, Red Poles, Straw Sandals,
49ers and Blue Lanterns.

"Vanguard"
Operations Officer
The Vanguard is the operation officer. He assists the Mountain Master with the future deals and implementing them. A Vanguard has
also the responsibility to check the street gangs' deals and how the narcotics trafficking is doing. He has the responsibility to receive
the amount of weed and heroin the street gang has obtained the past weeks and has to forward this to the Mountain Master. NOTE: If
the mountain master is absent, this shall be forwarded to the Deputy Mountain Master. The Vanguards can take control and give orders
to White Paper Fans, Red Poles, Straw Sandals, 49ers and Blue Lanterns.

Wo Shing's Triad

"White Paper Fan"
Administrator
The White Paper Fan is the administrator of the Wo Shing's Triad. He can give orders the Red Poles during operations and non-
operations, but has to remain as a role model to the red poles. He is their leader and should not let them down. As the triad is almost
always around with the Commission, the White Paper Fan is out runned and can basically relax during this times. The White Paper fan
is only for leading the Red Poles. White Paper Fan can take control and give orders to Red Poles, 49ers and Blue Lanters, but not to the
Straw Sandal.

"Red Pole"
Mobster/Enforcer
Red Poles are the mobsters of the triad. They enforce our vision and guard for the Commission usually. They can give orders to the
49ers and Blue Lanterns if the Straw Sandal is not present.

Wo Shing's Street Gang(s)

"Straw Sandal"
Raskal Division Leader
The Star Sandal is the division leader of the Raskal. There are usually only one Straw Sandal in each Raskal. The Straw Sandal is
leading the street gang and their crew. They organize brawls and shootouts and roleplays with other street gangs. They are to control
and make sure that the 49ers and the Blue Lanterns get the amount of weed and heroin that they are required to, this shall be
forwarded to the Vanguard. The Straw Sandal can control and give orders to 49ers and Blue Lanterns.

"49er"
Raskal Street Member
The 49ers is the Raskal Street Member. If you are a 49er, it means that you've passed your time as a trial for the Street Gang, you are
now a official member of the Raskal. 49ers are to get a specific amount of drugs each month. You can decide if you want to gain weed
or heroin. They shall always listen to the Straw Sandals, and those above them. The 49ers are supposed to show a good example to
the Blue Lanterns, and can control and give orders to the Blue Lanterns if the Straw Sandal is not present.

"Blue Lanterns"
Outsider/New members
The Blue Lanterns is a new member and basically a outsider of the Raskal. They are new and they have to show that they are worth
becoming a 49er. They can fully decide if they want to get drugs for the Wo Shing's, but it is recommended to do if you want to become
a 49er faster.

Joining Wo Shing's Information
If you are interested joining the Wo Shing's Crime Community, you can apply for a Street Raskal, and get accepted without any requirements. However, you are expected to learn our rules, accept them and follow them. You can also join the Triad, but the Triad is required to be professional RPers who are willing to follow orders all the time. That is why it's a rougher application process if you wish to join the Triad. It is absolutely recommended that you've been in the Apprenticeship Program(Street Gangs) before you apply for Triad. We have based our application process for players who've played here for years and for players who joined the server today. Which means that everyone is able to join. There will be promotions every month where some from the street gang(s) will be invited into the Triad. The application process for street gang is not hard at all. We only require a little information about you. This application is out of the roleplay and require personal information. As fast as you've applied(NOTE: It does not require approval after applied) you can get in touch with anyone from the Raskal and let him introduce you to the group. This is all roleplay based.

As Wo Shing's Crime Community will always be focussing on having a very stable reputation where we do not wish players to get admin punished in any ways and we want to seek like a fun group and not like some sort of a kinder garden, we have decided that Wo Shing's Crime Community shall have a specific amount of rules, based on Argonath RPG, and our vision and what we believe in. As Wo Shing's Crime Community is built up by seperated groups, we will have common and rules based on the groups and what fits for them.

Common Rules for the whole Community
- Always follow the Argonath RPG rules.
- Do not question administration of Argonath RPG. Listen to them and follow their guidelines.
- An administrative punishment in Argonath RPG will lead to a punishment in Wo Shing's Crime Community.
- Combat shotgun is a banned weapon. Never possess it or use it.
- Refrain from chatting in public chat(/p) unless it's a stable and positive atmosphere.
- Battle for honour and respect. Do not battle in anger and hate of another group.
- The official enemies of the Wo Shing's Crime Community is all roleplay based. Always respect your enemy and talk nicely to them.
Greet them for a good roleplay you've had with them.
- Do not bunny hop during roleplays. If you want to run fast - flood the sprint button.
- Do not go on cop duty/fireman/medical duty. To go on duty, you'll have to get permission from the Mountain Master himself.

Rules of the Street Gang(s)
- Always listen to higher ranks.
- Do not instantly run to ammunation to buy hand guns, shotguns, sub-machine guns or assault rifles. Try to get these weapons in
roleplay. Meet other gang members from Raskals and buy/get weapons from them.
- When dealing drugs and/or weapons. Do not PM people 'Buying/selling weed/heroin/guns?'
- Killing/shooting people because they entered our hood is not a roleplay based reason to kill/assault them. Always try to find a roleplay
reason to kill/shoot someone. E.g, if someone is selling drugs in our hood to other people or if they start vandalizing our properties
and such.

Rules of the Triad
- Always stay close to the Commission and obey orders.
- Do not screw around during roleplays.
- Do not open fire or attack someone unless the Commission orders you to do so, or being fired upon. NOTE: If the order is illegal
according to the server rules, you may ignore the order.
- You are not supposed to speak unless being told to. Chinese can be spoken in RP(improvise) where you say random stuff that is far
from english in local chat(/l) and use a translation in Citizen Brand(CB) Radio(/cb).
- Do not speak in Citizen Brand(CB) radio after the Commission has alerted 'CLEAR THE RADIO FOR ROLEPLAY'.

Rules of the Commission
- Always stand like a role model to everyone(even to those outside Wo Shing's Crime Community).
- Getting administrative punishments may lead to a demotion. This can be discussed with Wo Fat himself if the punishment was unfair.
- If there are other personnel from the Commission online - you have to agree with them if creating a (huge) roleplay scenario.

The Wo Shing's Commission is the leadership of Wo Shing's Crime Community. They are here to organize the structure of the faction and organize the different gangs and the triad in Wo Shing's Crime Community. The Wo Shing's Crime Community is considered as some kind of "all-in-one" group. We will be dealing with street crimes, mobster crimes, terrorism and business deals. Everyone would like to earn money in Argonath, and the best opportunity to do that is by organizing yourself with a faction. The Wo Shing's Crime Community has a personal goal to take over the hotel industry in San Andreas. The Commission of Wo Shing's will always stay as a role-model to everyone(even those outside the Wo Shing's), and should be there to help those who need it. The personell of the Commission should always remain professional and have a very serious and polite attitude and behavior.

The only way to join the Commission of Wo Shing's Crime Community is by being a mobster in the Triad first. The Triad are expected the be very professional and creative roleplayers with a very polite and professional attitude. We rarely ever accept members of the Street Gang into the Commission unless they have been in the Triad and/or Commission before.

The Wo Shing's Crime Community's illegal activities has been ongoing for almost 100 years. The Community as it was before - the 14K triad was running the mafia activities around in China. The main headquarters to begin with was in Hong Kong. These illegal activities considered of narcotic trafficking, fire arms dealing on the streets, which increased to military deals with Japan, homicides, rapes, robberies, etc. These activities started increasing as Wo Fat got in charge. We consider of many more criminal activities present; narcotic trafficking, human trafficking/trading, breach of human rights, extortion, terrorism - which included car bombs and dealing bombs, homicides, manslaughter, torturing, rapes, burglaries, etc. There's a huge list. There are a lot of terror business on going in Los Santos as of right now. The Wo Shing's got bigger confidential plans which will not be published to come.

The Wo Shing's Commission is to decide to future deals and business with other organizations in the state of San Andreas. We're not talking about only legal activities. It's expected that the Wo Shing's will take over the hotel industry in San Andreas. However, our business will not be considering of only legal activities. The Wo Shing's Crime Community is a small sector of a big community spread all over the world. Our industry is not only on going in San Andreas, but also International. We are at this moment producing raw materials for dirty bombs which will be also dealt in San Andreas. As The Wo Shing's is considered as a only whole crime community considering of street gangs, triad and commission we will held huge roleplays which will be fun for all parts. When the faction was created - it was a goal to create roleplays that you barely or basically never see in Argonath, so this is something that we're looking forward to.

The Wo Shing's Street Gangs are several raskals all around Los Santos, for now. We only have one Raskal which will develop the whole Wo Shing's Crime Community. The Raskal is called 6th Street Raskal.

The Raskals of Wo Shing's Crime Community will be dealing with narcotics and weapons. As well as they will deal them to different gangs around in Los Santos. The Wo Shing's Crime Community is held up by weapon and narcotics trafficking. As the Wo Shing's Crime Community want to make profit, they deal drugs and weapons in Los Santos. However, our main goal is to get high amount of narcotics which will be forwarded to the Vanguard of Wo Shing's. As a member of the Wo Shing's you will earn money by forwarding this to the Vanguard. You will personally be paid as you work for your raskal. Everything will be documented so everything will be fair. The more drugs you get for the Wo Shing's the more you earn.

The Wo Shing's Commission is to decide who goes into alliance with who as well who goes as enemy with us. The Raskals will not become friends with every single street gang in Los Santos. This will only cause chaos and would destroy the community. If we go into alliance with our alliances enemies, then we will get in trouble. The Raskals will brawl and be in gang wars with other street gangs in Los Santos. There are no doubts for that. The Raskals so far lead East Los Santos. We run the 6th Street which has been ran by the Renegade 9 and 58th Street Conecta. We expect to extend our territory as the faction grow. In these streets, you'd be able to find our dealers where we'd buy and sell narcotics and fire arms, as well meele weapons.

We're also terrorists :) Or the Wo Shing's itself. The Street Gang is doing street stuff such as drug dealing, firearms dealing and brawls and such. But the triad will be doing stuff for the commission such as organizing deals for dirty bombs and such, also organizing car bombs and such.

However, I was doin a burglary yesterday, it was actually meant that me and Clementine would do it together, but she went off. Also I was unable to post this yesterday due to the database error.

Wo Shing's Crime Community is a tagless RP faction. As you can see in the story, the faction was created(in RP) by Wo Shing himself in the '1930s under the name 14K, which later changed its name to Wo Shing's Crime Community. Also my name is not even Steve, IG. It's Wo_Fat.

The Wo Shing's Commission has decided that there are no requirements of joining the street gangs. However, we will open the application for Triad. This is because people wont join if they'd have to go through a process of being a street mobster that they feel do not fit for them. However, the application process for becoming a Triad will be rougher. It will require more of you as a person and we'll be looking at your application from every possible view. So, I will personally be in the Commission and lead the Triad whilst Clementine will be leading the 6th Street Raskal until we find someone who's suitable for the position as a Straw Sandal.

As promised - The applications for the Triad has opened and it's recommend that you apply if you want to be developing some new kind of RP, not as a regular mobster preforming kidnaps and such, but actually assisting the Commission in roleplay based deals and such.

However, as I also promised is that I would give you guys the ped mods I'm using. I am not taking any credits for these mods. I've just stocked them how I want them to be(The Da Nangs), however this will consider of the female skin Clementine is using, retextured Woozie mod and a retextured vmaff1 skin(The skin that Max_Kolsov is using in the images above).

We were 4 members from the Wo Shing's Crime Community online during this event. Clementine, Mobius, Zhang and myself. We were planning to get to Khm Ichiwa to torture him and making him "motivated" to move out of 6th Street in East LS. We got a little assistance from an associate of 6th Street Raskals which is Naz and some of his friends; Jim Conroy and Anzac King. However, when we found Khm Ichiwa, he ran and got assisted by a police officer to evade. We started pursuing them and got them surrounded at the hill from Las Colinas to Jefferson Motel. Khm disconnected as he had to go, but we continued RPing with the officer.

The date 6th Street Raskals forwarded to you was forwarded to them by me. As I am very sure that our first meeting we reached an agreement that you would stay away from 6th Street when committing crimes which you have failed to. That is just digging holes in your own faction.

With all the due of respect, 6th Street Raskals has built up a good relationship with the National Balla Association and 2381 Blacktown Street Mafia. Any such agreement was reached in my absence, I have yet to been advised by Mr Eagle Ichiwa regarding any arrangements pertaining to the Wo Shing Crime Community. Ichiwa-Kai Yakuza does not formally recognise "6th Street Raskals" as having a presence in East Los Santos, hence my use of the blanket term "street gangs".

Furthermore if you think the National Balla Association or Blacktown Street Mafia syndicates present a threat to Ichiwa-Kai Yakuza you are sorely mistaken.

Ok guys, because theres plenty other asian looking skins, like somyst.dff/txd, I have decided to put the mod I use replacing those files instead of dnb3, for which Ill be using the pack Wo posted.
Its a good skin after all, credits dont go to me.

What's your roleplay biography(at least 2 paragraphs):
He was born in in Hong Kong in 1982, he never knew his mother or father as they put him up for adoption soon after birth due to not wanting to bring up a child in their poor community, he was soon adopted by a women known as Ju Wong, she gave him the name Sumting after her great grandfather who was killed by ruthless criminals, she was high up in a chain of criminals known for their killing and drug trades, her goal was to bring up someone who could take over their illegal trades, she brought him up in the roughest area of Hong Kong knowing thats where he would learn the secrets of the drug trades, and more importantly how to fight to protect their business, it was 1997 and Sumting was almost 18, he'd already committed much crime but had never killed someone, his mother Ju Wong was becoming aggressive, she no longer trusted Sumting because he was nearly of the age to leave and start his own illegal businesses and was growing more and more separated from her.

It was 2000 and Ju Wong no longer wanted anything to do with Sumting, he had started dealing heroin and cocain behind her back, she hired someone to kill him, after all he was only ever wanted as a worker for Ju, Sumting knew something was wrong, one night whilst he was walking home to his place with Ju, he was pulled into an ally way and gagged, the person strangled him and left him for dead, however he was only unconcious, after awaking the next day he went home, he knew Ju had something to do with it as she'd been pushing him away for the past 2 years, he decided he'd just pack up and leave, he got his stuff from home whilst Ju was not there and left for the nearest dock, Sumting boarded a freight liner destined for the US of Argonath, he did not know where he was going, all he knew was that when he arrived, he would be seeking an influential criminal organisation to join.

I guess since some of us have applied and been accepted ingame, and Im interested in that new part of "character biography", I decided to write mine here for you.

Kiro Mo Bi:

He was born in 21st May, 1988, in Tokyo's Misawa Mitsuhuru's Hospital. His family, Jushin Mo Bi, his father, and Kim Agami, his mother. Mr. Jushin was part of the Japanese's Yakuzas, Inawa-Kai a well known triad mobster. Kiro lived his childhood in Osaka, with his mother, who raised him. He went to Osaka's primary state school, and studyed until 3rd grade over his High School years, due to his father calling him out to Tokyo, to get him onto the business. Kiro's hate over tatoo's didnt allow him into the Mafia. His dad was blamed for not raising Kiro properly, and so gaining the dishonor of the group, forcing him to leave. Because of his relation with the Oyabun, and for his presence as a great Kobun, he wasnt cut his fingers off. After this, Jushin moved into the market of logistics. He founded Oni Co. Transport and Lockup, a still running company, which provides transportation services over different sizes of trucks, and also provides different rentable safehouses all around the world to save goods temporarly in. When Kiro hit 17, he was given his first car (along with obtaining his license), the grey voodoo his father used to roll in while he was part of the Yakuza. Kiro then started working in a Tokyo's autoparts shop, in which he "pimped" a car for the first time. The money made there, over carshows and little races, gave him fame a drag racer, but sadly, after a false accusation of stealing a nos injection from the garage, he was fired. After this, Mr. Jushin sent Kiro to the United States of Argonath to seek for a job, because he was ruining his reputation in Japan.
Kiro hit the streets of Fierro just as he became an adult. He was contracted over the Portuguese Hotel as a valet, for his driving skills. During his time there, Kiro became friend of different mobsters all across the state. Most of them, in ordered races organized by Mafias, Triads, and Street Gangs. Between this, notable mobsters such as Larry Gvardia and Okita Sougo.
After 5 years of the same boring job, he got fired after stealing RY-OT's car. RY-OT was a famous movie star from Japan, which had came to the hotel for a press conference to advertise his latest film, "The edge on fire".
The car Kiro stole was a red Flash. This car was the one which started his criminal activity in San Andreas. With the help of an old friend (met over a race in Los Santos), Enrique, he modified it to make it able of compiting in the regular NBA Carshows held on Idlewood. Making underground fame across the racing and tunning enviroment, Kiro made a spot for himself. He came up with a job opportunity in Enrique's Carwash in East Los Santos, which he took and made profit of until in 2012, Enrique and his cousin Hernesto would get killed by police over a chase by Star's Street, Market, Los Santos. With help from his father's money, he purchased the carwash, but kept it closed, he possibly just bought it for the pride of his friend. He also purchased Enrique's flat over Groove Street.
Kiro was alone in the street, he had nothing to do at all...no job, no recognisence outside of the racing circuit, nothing but few knowns. His friend Clementine made him know about a small Raskal growing up close to his carwash, which he decided to give a try to. He got his dad's car shipped to LS, and his mom's SUV. It was another chance to give it a try. To continue his father's story. Something to bring back the honor he had lost.

Personally, alot of my punishments I see as un-called for/plain pathetic, in 2008-2010 admins were a bit more relaxed when it comes to punishing players, today it's just 'He said you suck' - ban, thats why I guess you see so many bananas, you can't really have fun on /p these days, for example 'White_Meanie' kicked me after I said to someone 'Me and you outside now xD', was just plain un-needed.. :poke:

He was born in in Hong Kong in 1982, he never knew his mother or father as they put him up for adoption soon after birth due to not wanting to bring up a child in their poor community, he was soon adopted by a women known as Ju Wong, she gave him the name Sumting after her great grandfather who was killed by ruthless criminals, she was high up in a chain of criminals known for their killing and drug trades, her goal was to bring up someone who could take over their illegal trades, she brought him up in the roughest area of Hong Kong knowing thats where he would learn the secrets of the drug trades, and more importantly how to fight to protect their business, it was 1997 and Sumting was almost 18, he'd already committed much crime but had never killed someone, his mother Ju Wong was becoming aggressive, she no longer trusted Sumting because he was nearly of the age to leave and start his own illegal businesses and was growing more and more separated from her.

It was 2000 and Ju Wong no longer wanted anything to do with Sumting, he had started dealing heroin and cocain behind her back, she hired someone to kill him, after all he was only ever wanted as a worker for Ju, Sumting knew something was wrong, one night whilst he was walking home to his place with Ju, he was pulled into an ally way and gagged, the person strangled him and left him for dead, however he was only unconcious, after awaking the next day he went home, he knew Ju had something to do with it as she'd been pushing him away for the past 2 years, he decided he'd just pack up and leave, he got his stuff from home whilst Ju was not there and left for the nearest dock, Sumting boarded a freight liner destined for the US of Argonath, he did not know where he was going, all he knew was that when he arrived, he would be seeking an influential criminal organisation to join.

Another day in san andreas. Another step for Wo Shing's in the world of crime.

Human trafficking has always been an money making opportunity. Today, the Wo Shing's Crime Community commited to trafficking in what was to be a historical event for human traficking in it's nature.

The 6th street raskals, with aid from the triad, began their day with a single truck, a line runner, equipped with a single trailer. The group decided that the trafficking of civilians could earn great reward, if done successfuly, that is. The targets? None other than a mr Mash, and a poor civilian by his side. The victims, took at knife point, were forced into the trailer, with no chance of escaping. A member of the raskal proceded with sleeper gas, rendering them unconscious, commencing the start of the trafficking. The iniate, a member of the 6th street raskal who has no background records, was seen to have a gas mask, with several filters. The truck began its journey, across the State of San Andreas, to the crime orientated city of San Fierro.

The truck was seen to be accompanied by a black Elegant, driven by the dragon head of Wo Shing's, Mr Wo Fat. The small convoy came to a halt at the head of a supermarket situated in San Fierro, with no given reason. A phone call was soon to follow, confirming a deal between Gvardia and Wo Shing's over the sale of 'Slaves'. Gvardia were soon to arrive on the scene, witnessed by an SAPD officer piloting a Maverick. The maverick was witnessed, and raised attention, but the deal did not falter. The leaders of both sides signed a deal, rendering the slaves sold. The deal had not gone unnoticed by the law, however.

Little to Wo Fat's knowledge, the 'fuzz' were crawling in the woodwork, eager to bust the deal. The law had no evidence of any wrong doing however, and could not take action. The truck began to move once more, moving to the location of Gvardia inc.'s HeadQuarters. Entrance was granted, and the deal was seemingly going smoothly. In a sudden turn of events however, the law, with raised suspicions, enquired into the suspicious truck, but to no avail. They quickly fled the scene, with no evidence, yet again. Meanwhile, back in the trailer of the truck, tension was raising. The 'slaves' were awaking, requiring the last of the sleeper gas. Due to a previous turn of events at the Super market, a casualty had occured in the back, leaving blood covered walls, and an extremely 'freaked out' 49er. The 49er, with excercised caution, managed to hold his nerve. The truck was given a set of orders, followed out with the help of Gvardia. The slaves were to be deported at the whereabouts of San Fierro Ammunation.

With the trucks arrival, a deal was finally met, only to raise more suspicion in terms of the law. Dozens of law enforcing officers arrived at the scene, flooding out the colours of San Fierro with a blue tint, and the air with the growing sound of sirens. Wo Shing's and Gvardia did their best to hold it together, lasting out a great deal, but suspicion and tension was rising. The deputy chief of SFPD ordered the Gvardia mobsters, accompanied by Wo Shing's members aside. They broke into the trailer, revealing the slaves, and the blood covered 49er. A mass shootout followed, resulting in mass casualties to the law, but Wo Shing's had a tight formation, allianced with Gvardia, shooting their way out. The deal failed. Wo shing's members fled the scene, escaping with the slaves. After the crossing of Gant Bridge, San Fierro, no witnesses were present.

It is believed that the members of Wo Shing's escaped, but no-one truely knows. All that they do know, is that Wo Shing's community are a force to be reckoned with. They are a growing community, in a State rich with crime. Who knows what will happen next?

It was a nice role-play you made guys. Although few things to consider:
* I, as a victim, was extremely bored after twenty minutes. I wasn't offered any role-play more then little chit-chat.
* Make your RP reason clear what you are going to do with the victims. I had no idea what I was doing in the trailer.

Nicely performed role-play. I enjoyed it though I just laid in the trailer for hours!

Mash. I can agree for you it must have been boring.. This is partly due to the time it took for the dealers to arrive, aswell as some *trolling*... I think without the sleepgas, you may have had a lot more interactivity. As for ythe RP reason, We decided you were well known, and quite well off, therefore seeing it as a great opportunity to plunge you into the human traficking system. Thanks mate, and I feel sorry for that other poor guy, too!

Well yeah, the thing is I was told to keep you silent and acknowledge, because the more confused you would be, the better. I tryed to keep up with it with the chit-chat, but since you didnt react too much against me I didnt do anything. What was most of amusing was Vilizar's hability to stay quiet during the whole roleplay, only complaining over /em from time to time XD. Still, it was really nice and I happened to have fun inside the trailer. Btw, I was suspected across the thing, but as I got transported to the hospital charges dropped :P Im looking forward to RPing with you again Mash :cool:

The day started off slowly for Wo Shings. Only small chat and the sounds of birds filled the air; But shit hit the fan.

Members of the Sixth street Raskal regrouped at their HQ, along with a member of the Wo Shing's Triad and a few 'friends'. They had recieved word of a 'Mathew' family intruding on their turf. Armed with bats, they made their move, sweeping East Los Santos with a foot patrol that spanned it's entire radius. Near East Beach, Los Santos, the gang had found a large building, posing as residence of a low-tier streetgang yet unknown. An eyewitness reports a member of the gang to have thrown a rectangular shaped item, resulting in the consumation of the building via flames. Experts say 'The reported item could have been a number of things, but was most likeley a 'molotov cocktail', using the words of many streetgangs'.

Upon leaving the 'blast radius', the street gang reportedly headed back to their HQ. The events to occur however, where not expected by any one. At approximateley 7-o'clock, a red Savanah was sighted by multiple civlians passing through Jefferson and East los santos region. It is believed, by the SAPD, that this Savanah contained the men that took the lives of two male accomplices to the earlier events. The Savannah reportedly drove by the the Pig Pen, a building under command of Wo Shing's Crime Community, with the occupants shooting SMG's from the windows. One of the Casualties, A MR. King. Was pronounced dead at the scene. The other Casualty, Mr Oakwood was carried away uncoscious, but was pronounced dead in hospital. The men were buried together at Gvardia HQ, remaining brothers till' the end.

Wo Shing's train bounced off the rails, for once. The Black Street Miltia suffers the lost of their two greatest warriors, and in response, the world of crime is in turmoil.

Im not sure why your taking this attitude towards the group. I do not want Zhang to leave, but he has done this before. If he is leaving due to Mikal's punishment and quit, well, I cant do anything about it.

For reals, instead of thinking about what you had done, you just changed your name and quit. That was not needed. Blame yourself for what happened, nobody did anything to you. Today our Blue Lantern Jiang Shuo found himself against a member of the Blaze mob identified as Timothy Blaze. He threatened him to leave a weed spot after stealing his weed. Then, he went towards me to inform me about it, and I reacted way too angry about it. As we came up with him, he threw a package of 11 grams of weed towards Jiang, and he picked it up. As we laughed at that lame attempt to get us going, this is what happened:

We never called the cops nor anything we were only going ot threat the guy, but SAPD interfered as they claimed Timothy aimed a combat shotgun (asspulled) towards them. Our target was gone and there was nothing left as the SAPD drove off instantly. Laughter was impossible to hold.

(It hurts me to say that i'm actually leaving the Wo Shing's due to try my luck with my IRL friends starting up our old "Darnell" family. After presure from my friends and a lot of thinking i have finally made my decission that i'm leaving to get back to our "three IRL friends enjoying and playing the same game together."

I would like to say thank you to Wo for giving me this unique and awesome experience and i would also like to say thank you to Mobius and Clem for just being who they are <3

1. The reason we closed Harrison was because we realised how many mafias there were already, nobody wants another one..

I don't play games to create real life expieriences, so I couldn't give 2 shits of a triad is only a small part of a commission as you say, I see it as a single group and thats the way it will stay, if I 'copied' Wo Shings so much then where is our commission? Oh yes I didn't copy so theres not one. You say it was created in a rush? No, I'de actually been talking to Zhang about it for 3 days before I even posted the topic, so get your facts straight.

Thanks for the argument, I'm really enjoying it and will be round for the next few years to continue arguing as believe me, I love arguing, it's like a hobby.. ;)

Alright, I've made it like you don't have to log in to view the public boards, however if you are member of Wo Shing's, you may not see the restricted boards when not logged in. As well, I've disabled the email activation as it's not sending anything to your email, so you may now register without activating it, but still type in correct email.

Every [R&U] topic shall be read and replied to(follow as instructed on the forums). Some of them are still being worked on so just keep logging in regularly. As well I'd like people to create their own topic in the board "Your wishes for Wo Shing's Crime Community" where you explain in depth why you want it like that. As well, as we've had a little down-time, the Commission, Triad and Street Gang will be operating together once again.
