Uninstall GTA SA > Go to My Computer > Program Files > Delete Rockstar Games > Restart PC > Re-install GTA SA > Downgrade GTA SA, Install SA:MP > Go Back to GTA SA Directory > Right Click the GTA SA File > Properties > Compatability > Tick Run As Admin > Click It All Off > Right Click SA:MP > Properties > Compatability > Tick Run As Admin > Now see if you can play eh?
