Cleos probably wont ever be disabled for samp, And if they were hackers would Just find an alternative to cleos that they could use on servers.

Keep in mind that its only RC1 currently and in 0.3e there were 9(?) RC phases before the full release. :)

I hope they don't remove the ability to use CLEO with SA:MP I use a few CLEO mods to actually make the game run better/look good.
Understand why, as there is a bunch of CLEO "hacks" out there that are a pain for SA:MP server's and this would be a step to neutralize them.

It hasn't been fully released, currently its in 'scripter release', giving scripters a chance to experiment and etc.. Once it has been fully released as the next version, we will make the required modifications to the scripts to ensure a safe update to the new version. Not until we are positive the transition will be smooth, we will update.

Car colours 128-255 have been replaced with some more exotic colours. Some colours in this range were previously usable, but most were the same colour. The entire colour set has been revamped.

Optional Client update SA-MP 0.3x RC2-4
- The SA-MP nametag can now show the alt-tab/paused status of a player. Use the client command /nametagstatus to toggle this feature on/off.
No need for AFK detection systems now :roll:

Both of you got it wrong, this will only increase the draw distance of scripted (server spawned) objects, not the objects in Vanilla San-Andreas.

Well, the 10x distance view mod only increases GTA SA objects, not spawned ones, so there's no link between the 10x mod and the inscreased draw distance of SA-MP objects ... ;)

I like the distance, how many times have you wished you could find NAP from distance or not crashing into Disney land when you heading to it with Lustig Airway? ;)

The server is being upgraded to 0.3x at the moment, visit http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php (http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php) to download the client else you will not be able to connect in few minutes.

Make sure you have 0.3x running and not the old version 0.3e.

Intsalled 0.3x ... now SA:MP fails to respond after clicking connect.
I've tried re-installing SA:MP and GTA:SA it's still giving me the same issue. gta_sa.exe is shopwn in the processes list but just doesn't want to load up.

You can recolor HP and Armour etc, since I have the GTA IV Hud for SAMP, I change my HP and Armour to green and blue.
