Add an engine command. You needa turn the engine off before refilling and you will freeze during engine off.
Then you needa turn engine back on to move.

Holy shit , 10-14 minutes? Is that how much you have to fill up irl in your place?
Damn, some electric vehicles charge quicker than that.
Here like 90 seconds to a full tank irl. That gas station youre visiting in real life honestly sucks. Their pump must be terrible. 10-14 minutes is almost enough to fill a long haul interstate truck.

The previous client supported engine on/off state. The vehicles could be set to engine off upon entering where a command is used to start the engine, the vehicle would not move otherwise. Not sure if that functionality is in the current client, but I would support it if it was. /enginestart and /engineoff, with the engine being off as a requirement for refueling.

Yes this is a light RP server, but to me this is borderline abuse by just pretyping /fillup and sitting at the GS long enough to get 10 fuel while a cop is literally ramming you from behind. To clear things up, there was already a movement restriction added to /fillup to prevent this flyby refueling, apparently it is not working efficiently enough to prevent this problem. Further measures need to be taken in my opinion.

Preventing suspects from filling up is not the answer, but the pulling into the gas station with /fillup pre-typed, with 5 cops on your tail, then spamming /fillup until you get 10 fuel is a joke, I cant really take anyone seriously who wouldn't support fixing that abuse.

I agree, any previous statements made by myself that contradicts this, are retracted, as Senate stated something which I agree with.

Its not necessary to prevent suspect from filling up neither making them freeze their vehicles for a moment. There is different solutions , One of them which I support mostly is to step out of the vehicle and use a command to activate filling up at the Gas station. Some car-killing as a result of high speed to ram the suspect from behind to stop him filling up might happen , But it will surely make it fair for both sides.This needs a solution in my opinion , not necessary to be one of the suggested above , but fixes it and makes it fair for all sides.

I think, in order to not mess up anything, it would be enough to add a waiting time of 30 seconds before the refuelling starts.
But I think that / engineoffon would add more fun and it would not ruin the light role-play.
