[IV:MP]Suspects/Civillians Can't fillup while in vehicle.

Recently , when you are the only damn Cop in the damn City , And you find a Bad Driver(Nub) using a Sultan RS in Evasion , And you got your lonely Bad Damn FPS and your Lonely cruiser....

You try to stop him , He launches with His Super Acceleration before you even Move him 1 Inch from the Gas Station.
He goes with Extra 20-50 Fuel if depending on your Driving skills and your Maneuvering skills.

Bam , R.I.P Roleplay  , He launches and goes away and the Chase continues until he goes to another GS and again and again.

What happens in Real Life :

1.In the first place , You even don't have the time to rest in a GS in a police Chase.....

Lets give a 0.0001% Possibility and lets say you had time to Get some fuel in Gas Station.

2.Wait in Line until other Vehicles stop filling up.
Lets also give a 50% Possibility that the Gas Station was empty.

2.Start Calculating much you need From Gas , And tell who ever puts them for you in your tanker, This step is alone 2-3Min.

3.He puts the Gasoline Pipe into your god damn Tanker that you need to unlock for him , Then you wait 10-14min until he finishes Depending on your Gas need (Which is low on chases) , Of course you won't launch your car in the middle of the Process and cut the pipe and blow up the station , you have to wait, dear lord.

4.Get out your wallet and Give him the money he needs , you can run away and skip this step as long as your wanted tho....But if you decided to Escape , Your damn RHL should get increased because its a crime....

But,Some gas stations demands money before you even fillup , So you gotta kill all the damn worked and blow your self up (If you missed a shot) then you fillup by your self , then Bam , Cops are here !

Its Super Non-Realistic to do All of this in less than 1 Minute .....

Summary:

Change how the Fillup system works , Because its not realistic to get all of these steps happen in less than 1 Minute in the middle of a police chase , Maybe the Police have your name on all gas stations so they keep track if they saw you.

Either it gets changed to wait some time until you finish filling up (Which is more 1Min) , or you yourself get out of car and fillup like any Realistic Roleplay seen on Earth.

Enough Criminals avoiding the Truth of what this server is based on , Civillians can have other Options , Including lower time .
