Unable to start 0xc000007b

Download this and install all the files, restart your pc then run the game.

i have this problems too .
i installed the error eflc fix .zip files ( unless .netframes idk why not installing )
but i still have that error 0xc0000007 idk how to fix. i need a small more help

tried . not works on me . still error 0xc000007b ( only on ivmp ( single player works well ))
also i have .netframe 3.5 to 4.7.1 unless 4.7
directX 11 installed .
all C++ packages are installed from 2002 to 2017 :|

Did the software install properly ? Cause it was not able to install on my Win 8.1, so I switched back to Win 7 and it was showing the same error, then I installed the software in the link and the game started to run.

I've installed the EFLC from first and removed the last one I had. I will try it out if it works without this error.

guys i had this error hardly but fixed with "Vcredist_64"
