I. Opening Statement by Chief of Police

Honorable judge, on the 26th of October 2018, Kool_Kat was pulled over by Officer Omarosh and Officer Louis Gambino for driving on the wrong side of the road. Officer Louis decided give a fine of ARD300 to Kat for reckless driving, but she never paid it. [Exhibit A]

Then, on the 1st of November, Kat was pulled over again by Officer Daniel Lold for driving on the wrong side of the road. Officer Lold decided to give her a fine of 300 reckless driving with the deadline of 5 minutes, and she never paid it. [Exhibit B]

The VCPD demands the court to hand out an increased fine for recklessly driving and not paying the fines.

II. Charges

1. 2 counts of reckless driving.
2. 2 counts of not paying a traffic fine.

III. Demands

1. Citizen Kool_Kat to be fined a total of ARD15.600, breakdown:
ARD600 for the reckless driving.
ARD15.000 for not paying a traffic fine.
