Killing without reason would be punished, as it is now. A person will not be able to run around killing people for the reason of "gaining money"

Players should RP the cash robbery,
like before killing they should aim their weapon on the target, threaten for money....
If the victim refuses, then the player should kill him.

I been on a server with this on it and its not bad because you lose $0-$30 maybe make it low amounts to lose etc etc. you see where this is going right?
