When I try to connect, all information is correct, when game loads it stays on Connecting to Server...(ip:port)
and does nothing? Any advice?

Using Windows 7 64Bit and Legal copy of Vice city with 0.3z VC:MP

178.63.52.144:5192 is the right IP.
You might want to try closing the server browser and opening it again.
Such glitches happen at times but the server is working fine. No crashes for now.

so what i did to fix it, is nothing, maybe it was just a time when the internet was on high traffic, or my isp should have been sued (or atleast contacted..)
but time fixed it for me, if you think you want to, just let it "heal"  :)

It seems the master server is a bit dodgy today. It might come from your side, too. Try restarting internet/router.

We have auto-ban system for SAMPers, maybe that's why you can't connect.
