Ness if you wasn't aware we have complicated rule wich bigest hater is me and rule is ... "Every SAPD member have to respond on c30 backup call if somone request it over radio " ,failure to do so leads to suspension and even copban. So you people were always asking AMG why cops only kill,kill and kill,why they not let us RP and such...cause afther all we are following regulations made before by chiefs and we can't do much about it,same regulations are to hydra . It's order to respond on request either way face consiquences and it's not like I'm happy all day long chase suspects wanted for murder instead build up amazing roleplay and have roleplay traffic stops about violations ,I am forced neither as Hydra user respond to bloody backup call with criminal on nrg wanted for murder  caused by both partys,wich flew before airborn  . It's just an regulation we have to obey and as far we all won't resign and be army of freecops,we can't have decent freedoom and our own choice.

Honestly, SAPD and FBI high ranks are supposed to be professional. I mean, how do you even imagine that it is professional to use a fucking military big ass minigun to take down a fucking bike? SAPD should get rustlers. And nothing else. With a rustler there is NOT auto aim, it is NOT overpowered, you have to have the proper skills to use it. They should change the rules so they can only shoot someone who shot the plane, or someone who is in the AIR, after x amount of warnings. Also, they could get the police boat, with almost same regulations, ONLY on boats after x amount warnings or if someone shot the boat, of course. RUSTLER is not allowed to be used on people in water AT ALL.

If you are so great and brave in making up ideas for SAPD why don't you join it on your own and see how it is?
Also if reading something makes you puke, why you even doing it? Constant throw-up's might cause serious stomach dysfunction in future and this is just PC game... You shouldn't worry that much.

I have been in SAPD, both you and I know. When SRU tried to change something, did it as professional as SAPD ever were, as effective as possible, the rules changed. Everything we did, there came a regulation against it, just because certain people in the command staff disliked SRU. They started to listen to the moaners, believing every single shit they said. "DM Squad, non RPers, herpderp". SAPD honestly turned into shit after they changed the fucking regulations due to moaners and butthurt people as high ranks in SAPD, being jealous on our team, because we succeeded, we made a change, kept the streets "safe". We were effective. Without using miniguns and rockets. It started for us, we bought every single weapon we had, SRU and all those other teams, like USM got promoted to SWAT, we got free weaponequip for out patrols. CBF and Jimmy didnt know we were not allowed to weaponequip, so I got fired from SWAT, 10 minutes later I were back in. Next day, regulations changed, no longer weaponequips for us, we didnt care. We kept doing our stuff untill regulations once again changed, we had to get back to the old shitty SWAT tactics that you most likely still use, which doesnt work at all, they are complete shit. We were not allowed to use our buffalos anymore, only SAPD cruisers, fair enough, we made huge patrols with them, had over 30 officers on patrols daily, every single of them had a task. We made it perfect, cleaned up the streets, a few of them got weaponequiped. This was looked at as abuse, Ben got demoted. So we started paying the officers we had with us on patrols. Usually 1-5k so they could afford armour, smg and a SPAS-12. We teached them how to work, teached them tactics, everything we could to to make it easier for them to survive. Most of us got inactive, SAPD went into where it is now, a bunch of random officers with no common sense.

That's exactly what I've been saying for almost a year! Well, not everyone, but decision-making and common sense is being taken out of the equation, to be replaced by regulations which keep our arms twisted behind our backs. With correct training, regulations should not even be needed. It seems they are in place to cover insufficient training, and needs to be changed.

I dont claim them being corrupt or anything, they are just leading it in the wrong direction. Of course they are allowed to do so, but it only makes them worse for themself. Of course, we worked like SAPD did, we followed the SRU rules and we were in, we didnt follow them, we went on the ass our of SRU. We had trainings, usefull trainings, not those trainings where you go to Fort Carson and shoot at those things that breaks when shot. Neither those breaching trainings which does not work at all. Stacking up at a wall, fair enough, its a little more organized. But when you get into the building, stacking up, all onto a wall walking slowly in, simply doesnt work, you will get spawnkilled. It actually has something to do with hydras and hunters, we took down bikes and planes without using hydra and hunter, we used a dodo and DB on planes / helis.
