So, as admins tell me in game, and as I also see myself, hydras are chasing suspects on NRG's, and suspects that are swimming. I mean, I guess this is allowed, I am not fully sure, but I guess it is...

If it is, I do not see why a aircraft needs to take down a motorbike. Lag ram, and drive-by do still exist... Also swimming? What's up with that? When a suspect is swimming and he is is trapped from all sides, he will be eventually taken down, or give up.

Hydra is not allowed to chase NRG's. The porpuse of the HH is to disable (if needed) the NRG, not to kill the driver of it, there for hunter minigun is only allowed. As for swimming suspects thats strictly dissallowed, HH is only allowed to shoot to death suspects driving a boat or a plane. HH can respond if shoot at.

I got clarified by a community leader that people have the rights to use the Hydra/Hunter are not allowed to kill swimming suspects. In that case they would abuse their rights.

Why is the minigun even allowed? Other procedures still exist. Bringing a military aircraft against a motorbike is a little bit over the top, don't you think? Minigun should be allowed same way as HH is, for boats, and planes. Not for vehicles and such. To balance it out, let us suspects use BMX's then, let's see how good that minigun is against a BMX.

Hell yeah. And trust me there are very strict regulations to allow hydra/ hunter usage. Leakage of such informations will cause serious abuse opportunity for evading criminals. Obviously that causes moan always... but that's the way it was always rolling. My opinion on the matter i only use H/H on aircrafts. We, the police, have boats to chase water suspects. For bikes, we also have bikes and SMG's. If you use a H/H on an NRG or boat suspect, you probably shouldn't be a cop.
