As an old moderator I can just say that most of the times, you are not giving out any warnings or etcetera in public. Most of the times, you're quite frankly speaking through chat forms to make him/her realize his/her wrongdoings. Just because it does not pop up a colored text line with the individual you reported's name doesn't mean that there's no hand job going on behind the bushes.
It's easy to throw shit and all what that is, but it's harder to give constructive feedback and something for the administrators to build on. Yet I do agree that some administrators think this is on life and death, giving a headache to players just because they're acting up. Quit pumping up yourself and get back to the player you used to be before you got rights handed to you.
Be you.
