I will have a word with the developers to deal with the loan and cash as in the picture it states a down payment was taken from the bank account to settle this correctly along with getting the property into the correct hands.

What the bug is then?
We hadn't taken loan, but I do not know that How we lost 40% of payment as we hadn't loan.

Apparently, there is a bug with the properties that takes away 40% from your bank account, but does not give you the ownership, if you use a near-exact amount of money to purchase the property.

The same thing happened to me. (Bug Report)

@Ritcher Scotto - The 305k you withdrew earlier today, have you spent it or do you still have it?


For the others, we're working on fixing the bug, if you do get any problems please make sure you report it so we can fix it once the bug has been dealt with.

I gave them to Declan Scotto as he wanted that money for some time and here you can read that there is also a bug with him, He can't return that money to me as he can't sell the house......

If you are wanting the ammunation returned to you, you ought to have enough money to at least afford the property unless you plan on now taking a loan.

I will absolutely use it for ammunition as I gave that money to Declan for sometime and I can afford Market Ammunition.... And I was not aware of the bug which happened with Declan..

We already made up hopes for ammunation but that went bleak as many of the bogs got solved very late[or some early] But we could not take a chance so we kept other properties in hand as a economic security measure.
As our hopes are now confirmed, We all have now unanimously decided on Market Ammunation
