Apparently, there is a bug with the properties that takes away 40% from your bank account, but does not give you the ownership, if you use a near-exact amount of money to purchase the property.

The same thing happened to me. (Bug Report)

I gave them to Declan Scotto as he wanted that money for some time and here you can read that there is also a bug with him, He can't return that money to me as he can't sell the house......

I will absolutely use it for ammunition as I gave that money to Declan for sometime and I can afford Market Ammunition.... And I was not aware of the bug which happened with Declan..

We already made up hopes for ammunation but that went bleak as many of the bogs got solved very late[or some early] But we could not take a chance so we kept other properties in hand as a economic security measure.
As our hopes are now confirmed, We all have now unanimously decided on Market Ammunation
