[Closed] David_Montana Vs. ARPD Officers.

The Stracci Family owns the chain of Ammunations, namely the Ocean Beach Ammunation and the Vice Point Ammunation (North Point Mall).
The Stracci Family takes responsibility of distribution of Weapon Dealing Licenses to its employers.

I, Willy_Stracci the owner of Ocean Beach Ammunation and Chairman of Stracci Ammunations myself approved David_Montana of legal sales of firearms in the premises of State of Vice City. Therefore i stand by Mr. David Montana and inform the court that all documents i.e:

David Montana's Employee certificate
David Montana's Weapon Dealing License
and David Montana's Authority to deal Weapons any where in premises of Vice City,

is Approved by Stracci Ammunation Inc. (Under Government act of Legal firearms).

I can present those documents anytime in court if required.

Regarding the treatment of my Employee by the ARPD. What i have to say is:

I received no information from the ARPD about my employee being found guilty
I received no notification from ARPD to show their willingness to look deeper into the matter, rather than contacting me, they mishandled my employee
My employee was not given a chance to be bailed out of prison to contact me about the case, he was allegedly shot and was in emergency.
So i hope my reasons of a late action are justified with the above comments.

Also, I have [WS]Marco's investment of 8.5% share in Ammunation, so i will personally grant 8.5% relief of the penalty charged by the court  :redface:

I understand that my Employee should have carried his License when dealing weapons outside the Ammunation.
Thereby, i am not charging ARPD with anything personally, but i feel that ARPD's counter charges against my employee are baseless and have the motive to delay the case further

First of all,ARPD didnt had knowledge he was your employee,and if he was your employee,he had to tell this to us. Was going to help so much,its not our fault.

Accourding to the law of Argonath ((server rule/procedure)), any trading of any firearm outside officially licensed weapon stores ((Ammu-Nations)) will be taken as an offense to the constitution and the commiter(s) are subjected to be arrested under 'illegal sale of a firearm' charges.

Willy, did you just come up with that to defend davron's case? Actually, he has his own company called Doejae Inc. which even has it's own page in VC:MP Selling. Also, when he offered me some weapons, he never mentioned anything about Amunation. He only told me off his private company.

FROM THE DESK OF JUDGE DEXTER:

-Case Closed-

Prosecutor of this case had registered business of guns. However he did not carry licenses with him. If he was not going to make any business without license, he should at least have license of that Deagle what he carried with him. I give warning to prosecutor that he should from now on carry licenses with him. As Mr. Willy Stracci have proved, David Montana is working from him. That still doesn't mean that Mr. David can sell his guns everywhere around city and without license.

Defendant of this case. Only thing i want to remind you on this case that you should be carefull how to threath criminals while cuffing them. But as there is no proves of violence acting, demans are not accepted.
