Dear State Of Argonath,
Today 22nd June 2009 at 15 min passed 21 hours I was False accused for having Illegal Firearms fake documents.i stated to the Officers I have a business welling weapons.They said that only if you are selling Weapons at ammunition that is it legal.I stated i am too poor and is selling at a ware house.They just amused that i was not telling the truth so they Put me in cuffs.I complained that they where to tight and this just ignored and continue pull me like a doll.They also soled a Car from some civilian I was later soon at VCPD.I was then draged again by leonardo and carried into the building in to a room.He then asked me my name.I said I need a lawyer he just asked me a lot of questions I answered.He Sent Marco to break in to me house and Messed up everything without a warrant.Then he Lied and say that all my documents where Fakes and that the weapons are illegal firearms.Leonardo them pushed me onto the wall and searched me.He found some items even my licensed weapon and he also asked me is this is legal i stated yes.But he said they did not find a document of it but all was at my house. I was later shot be one of their officers a guy named John Stacci with a Officer Shotgun then i was later Punched by a other man i did not see him the hold time i was not fight or showed and danger to the officers.Leonardo then Read me my rights. and took me to jail.When we got to the cell.I asked the officer why i was wanted again and they stated it and added a new charged i had fake documents.Then i was jailed.They shared 1000 dollars and laugh saying Good work man.Now my sales are going down because everyone is thinking that i  have Fake license weapons.

My demands are.
Need Money from all officers
1000 for Jailing Me
2000 for false accusing me and me company
1000 for Harming me.
1000 for Raiding my place with no warrent
2000 for disturbing my sales
4000 calling my weapons illegal and paper work fake =losing my customers
1000 for stealing Civilian car so i can find him and pay him back the money

1st Point- We had Proofs that your documents were fake, also, Who would give you permission to Sell Flamethrowers and M60's in a place that no one even knew? By the way, how did you buy the guns if you were a Poor person? And who gave your the License to Sell them?

2nd - You just Updated a Weapon (MP5 that you said to me that was better than Govt. One, you said you updated it), you should request Permission to do it

You were cuffed because you were Under arrest, its a Normal Police procedure. Many criminals escaped because of the "Too tight" Tricks, so we couldn't afford it. Also, the tightness followed the Standard Procedures.

Accourding to the law of Argonath ((server rule/procedure)), any trading of any firearm outside officially licensed weapon stores ((Ammu-Nations)) will be taken as an offense to the constitution and the commiter(s) are subjected to be arrested under 'illegal sale of a firearm' charges. About the car you claim to be stolen, members of any law enforcement agencies are allowed to take control of unused vehicles, should they be state issued or private, if the reason is such as response to a crime, pursuit of a criminal, transport of a criminal, amongst others. Once a suspect is taken to investigation, they have the right of an attorney to represent them in the interrogation. The suspect has the obligation to answer to any questions asked by the police officers. About warrants, any member of the ARPD command (Police leaders and their assistants, including F.B.I.) is allowed to issue warrants with orders such as property searching. They can issue themselves search warrants. As mentioned in the start of this document, trading of firearms outside licensed stores is illegal, and as in your case you were trading firearms out of those stores, you could have no license to deal them, thus, any documentation you claimed to have was fake.

If you were shot after arrested, officer Stracci will be punished for misusage of state issued armoury. Suspects under arrest process are not to be injured, with no exceptions. Well, it's not really the idea to sell weapons freely, especially like that to the police. You should take it maybe more RP wise and evade the police officers. It gives us an odd dilema, because you claim to have a license and yet it is not really legal anyway.
By the way, the list of fines that need to be payed to you as compensation, may I ask why you are demanding money?

I have understood the last time that My Weapons dealing was illegal.I was stated By Dexter the only way to get your guns legal is to Have a business about Weapons dealing.Since i can't afford a Amunation.i have to stick to the fact that i am selling my weapons at the warehouse.((You can only get you weapons at the warehouse,if you crash or get killed while you have your weapons you will loose them,meaning it is the safest way to keep them there.For any deals.))So My business is now selling weapons ,Bodygaurd.
