VC:MP server transition - 24/02/2019

Hi all,

Our current hosting situation has become untenable, so we'll be migrating to a host with higher capacity effective immediately. This means that

• The server will be down for the next few hours while the database and scripts are migrated.
• The server will have a new IP address when downtime is finished.

The old IP address will be up for a few more months, and will only show a message pointing to the new server. Impact should be minimal since it's past midnight in Europe anyway. I'll follow up with more info as needed.

Yep, just finished. New IP address is 23.100.7.37:8192

welp me too ping was 50 now 51

Can't be that i'm the only one that benefited from transition. 

I used to have 72~ ping and after the transition my ED was cured.
