You probably aren't apologizing to me however, let me just write a small thing of what I'd like to say.

A long time ago, you may not remember me, I was an ARPD Cadet, and you were a very high ranked Police Officer and a level 2/3 admin.
when ever I saw a ban for hacking, I saw "by pups for ..." you were a good admin and never hesitated to do your job, you would go out of your way and do something until it is complete, I am upset that I never got to know you that well as a person and a player, I hope all is good for you IRL and that you are fine now, God Speed.

YOUR name will be the answer (( a lot of ppl are best player/admin too )) You are looking a great person in my eyes ( in game or IRL )

That RL things annoy ppl sometimes.. i don't know your story so i won't make a comment about it but Goooood Luck with them..
