Re-gaining health in combat- solving the issue

The problem I see is that you can buy milk etc when you are far from the bar itself...

If it was altered so that you can only buy the drinks within a couple of metres of the bar, then this would be more fair and actually less abusable

My opinion ? Disable Bar things giving health ? It's pure nonsense, Now as most People say, Put ambulances a block away. SF Hospital = 1 block away from Gvardia HQ, Make a script to be able to heal in the Hospital..And if cops try to go in the HQ, Thye have to run through 20 gvardias at the main gate with cars, Go inside where they'l get killed in 1 sec by other 20 guys waiting at the door, he wont be able to shoot back due to being freezed..Impossible ? Yes..

Shooting someone when they log in/respawn after death is spawnkilling, and highly punishable.
Shooting someone when they enter/exit interiors is not spawnkilling, and allowed.

The thing I see with this thing... that instead of cops, if this was another group, such as I have seen first hand as a Corleone, Gvardia can get away with having a Corleone inside the HQ who is shooting them and spamming /buy milk to regain HP once shot to near death.
