No, developers will "move" your user files to 1.2 scripts, so it will be automatically moved to there..

We will be using the same server. Just the current scripts will be replaced with the new one. This includes the config as well ( Skins & cars etc )
We probably will not completely delete the current scripts. Keep them for safe keeping. A lot of work was put into it as well
