We all went through it once upon a time. Murdock hasn't, though. He's gotten it out of his system now, and he's got the reasoning behind the non-responding admins (or what it seems to be :cool:).

Yes, sometimes the administrators react slowly. Reasons:
1) Depending on the ammount of staff online, they have to handle more than one report.
2) maybe you can't even see if they react on your report - Maybe, when they spectate, they don't see anything happenin

That might have happend Murdock, but from my side, something i've learnd is to never trust anyone in a situation. Simply because most likely, someone of them will twist the history of what happend to their favour.
That is correct. If we didn't see it, we can't give out punishments, for the reason what i posted above.

Yep. Why waste our time? There is alot more going on that one silly little report on a carjacking that happened 15 minutes ago relevent to when the person keeps spamming /report every minute.

No, but i dont trust them either to 100%, simply because they are humans. We mods and admins dont got access to the logs, we dont know what happend before and what started it, so we can't know to 100%. If i see someone reporting another player for DM, and that player isn't doing it from what i can see, what should i do? Start a investigation which can take up to a hour, talk with everyone that was there, requesting logcheck to see what happend before? and that's for every report we get about someone DM'ing? That's impossible, we simply dont got that time if we are only 1 or 2 mods / admins online on 120+ players, and you can imagine how it is being alone on the server as a mod / admin and everyone is asking you for help.

Why even report if a new player is DM'ing? Simply tell him to stop, tell him it's a RP server and tell him the basics of roleplay and how to utilize /me. I've done it, and it has worked in 90% of the cases. and by doing it, you are actually helping us with taking off some work of our shoulders so we can help those who really need help and protect the server from hackers.

People must realize SOMETHING.

You may NOT demand from an admin to punish a player just cause you saw him doing something OR he did something to you, so you will chill off seeing him getting punished.
I do NEVER respond to PMs such as: Warn that guy, he flamed me or such as Kick him, he hit me.

When you use /report - KEEP IN MIND

• Keep in mind we are HUMAN ! Mistakes may and can happen! (Also we have our own life, so if there are many admins on, and only a few are responding don't go around : OMG ADMINS USELESS)
• Secondly, We need to WITNESS the reported guy ACTING the reported thing. We can NOT in anyway punish any player for just "was reported for car jacking" message. We get PMs for that, and yet still.. We will just ignore them.
• Never flame a person while on /report, You cause the admins to loose interest in your report simply cause you brake the rules your self while reporting another person
• Never but never use the /report against an admin to piss him off or either for fun, /report is an command which exists for REAL Reports and not fun.
• Never Spam the /report... Using Chat and (^) + Reporting the same thing for more than 3 times in raw, Will earn you a kick, instead of having your report looked. (At least for me.)

I could sit here, listing even more, but I believe these are the most important...

As for useless admins, admins are TOLD that in anyway if they do WANT to roleplay, they must go to their non admin account (I am not mentioning moderators here.)
The account with the admin rights, is clearly there for doing admin duties.. that's the priority.

Admins work, and work even TOO much... Sometimes, watching the admins team on server I catch myself on a thought that I am guilty the guys cannot get a fun from the game they like (GTA), but had to sit and answer on everything, investigating, helping, the same time listening to some dumbs who black paint their work...
Was that supposed when they were buying the game? No...

And i am fucking tired to read such a shit, when people cannot handle themselves the MULTI-PLAYER functions like relations with others or contacts... And just come and shit admins team and owners of servers...

Either some people get the idea what is the fucking MULTI-PLAYER, or they can go to play single mode if they cannot accept there are different people from different countries with their cockroaches in the head...
