Useless /report command or useless admins?

Just wanted to say a few things.
Many times when i got DM'ed, carjacked, false-acused, I reported. I didn't moan on main chat, I report. As admins and rules tell me to do.
Now, I dont remember recently, that I reported and something was done about the rule-brake I witnessed.
In fact, in my opinion the /report command is totaly useless unless there is a nice admin who will ACTUALY HELP to the simple players.
And its not like they are busy. Many times I reported, admins didn't do a thing, and I see them talking bullshit and laughing it up while just standing in 1 place jumping around.
Now i'll say this in simple language:
Admins, EITHER YOU START TAKING CARE OF THE PLAYERS YOUR "ADMINISTRATING" AND "MODERATING" EITHER QUIT YOUR DUTY AND GO HOME.\

Quite simple actually. We did not see the event happen, we did not witness it and we may get to the report late and just see a player driving around.
We cannot act on something we did not see with our own eyes....

Dave is correct. Consider it an "innocent until proven guilty" kind of thing.

That might have happend Murdock, but from my side, something i've learnd is to never trust anyone in a situation. Simply because most likely, someone of them will twist the history of what happend to their favour.

That is correct. If we didn't see it, we can't give out punishments, for the reason what i posted above.

Our job is to uphold the rules of the server and visions of the community, not to spend half an hour deciding whether player A punched player B because player B said "i hate cops".

That's really their choice. Their job is to see if any rulebreaks are occurring at the time. It's totally up to the admin to actually go deeper into the situation to see what the fuck happened, however, most do not have that kind of time. They have to divide their attention before ADMINS PLZ READ REPORT comes along. Even if they do go deeper into the situation, they can't use admin commands unless they literally saw what happened. The most they can do is tell them not to do it again...

Exactly. Believe it or not, most admin punishment and action goes unseen by the entirety of the server.

thought bluefox takes actions first then investigates...

@Murdock: its not that admins dont want to investigate, its that sometimes when they see certain reports they choose to ignore as they dont know the rules what is wrong and right in that situation. i've seen admins making up rules and when we refer to them what was said in forum they simply say "Do not argue with me, enough"...

To be honest, anyone who opens up another "useless" topic, is quite "useless" for our community.
