The server shouldn't restrict it to begin with. ARPD doesn't need to own Ammunation, nor should they. They are cops, not weapons dealers :P

Haven't seen these pro freecops till now, though they can do it,don't they? If he is caught on radar doing these stuff copban for 2-3 hours can be the punishment.

Believe it or not, freecop's job is actually similar to what ARPD guys should do - keep the crimes off the streets, Assuming freecops job is to take advantage/contribute to organized crime in VCMP or do whatfuckso ever to fill their pockets, then we should just give criminals free guns and reward them for killing whoever is on killing spree.
Many officers of the law act mainly based on /c wanted. When I started on Argonath, I have to admit I enjoyed patroling around and doing "pointless shit" even a bit more than attempting to stop smuggles, bankrobs etc. It gave me a feeling we were organized, doing shit together even tho we got no reward for that. In ARPD, I actually met some guys willing to do that, but as time moved on I began to see them less and was mostly alone as a cop. Tvas probably due to having not enough people in the organization. In addition, when you see some fucked up (free)cops working for an imaginary dollar while shitting on real people they play with, it makes you a lil sad as you are unable to do anything while you are wearing the same uniform as them.
