I think it's owner's decision how much he will stock at a time, since I myself kinda support it that you can't stock when server is empty... Imo there should always be a risk doing that  :cool:

It cannot be pointed if someone is at ARPD, all players have the same rights to own any property on the map.. UNLESS if ARPD has a restriction about it, but server can't restrict that imo.

The server shouldn't restrict it to begin with. ARPD doesn't need to own Ammunation, nor should they. They are cops, not weapons dealers :P
