Goverment websites being hacked are most likely referred to different instances than Argonath RPG, yet still gets processed and worked out nonetheless. It remains a crime, no matter you've done for a big or small website.

Without a great lawyer this case for Argonath won't even get a start. Sadly, this is how system works.

Lawyers do not prove guilt, evidence does.

Depends on what you see as investigating.

Asking questions - yes. Examining "public" evidence - yes.

Seizing computers - no. Search houses or vehicles - no.
