1. The value of the business is the price you see when you stand at the $-icon. Besides that you have the "cash inside" and the "profit", you can check that by /bizzinfo.
2. Yes, only the fee. You don't get the money of the items being bought inside.
3. No, you could take a loan from one of the banks.

1) No, once you purchase it, you can do /bizzinfo 1 and it will display information about money in it.
2) Yes and no. You will get money only from people entering it, however, if you are creative about your business, you can earn much, much more than that. For example, try purchasing a store and playing a store keeper. Advertise the shop, and once people come, you can sell them whatever seems appropriate, even if it's not scripted. Depending on how successful you are, people will send you money for your wares as well as tips.
3) No, they do not.

1)No, the money you win to your bizz are just won,they don't change the price of the bizz, just go inside the bizz and * /withdraw [ammount] * Check your currently money in bizz with /bizzinfo [any number]
2)About scripts you can only win from fees. But you can make a bussines and apply in BSF or do creative things to make your bizz known and many things like salary etc.
3)Ah i'm not sure look there are loan banks(not recommended from my side) and BSF (i don't know if BSF is active now) that if you run a bussines it gives you monthly the money you need. More info at their topic.
