Good luck with this, I have thought about reopening BCSD long time ago, but there arent enough resources for it to keep properly running and active, due to the fact that SAPD are limiting unofficial organisations by not allowing their members to join, while most of ARPD officers are aiming for SAPD and refuse to join due to not being able to. Id like to see how this turns out, good luck.

The criminal database is complete now! Access to it will require a password.. (for those who think I am an HTML noob and will try to view the source of the page...... No chance! :-p)
