It's me having serious bug pleas help.

Hey,I dpn't know what is happening really,I loged in like 10 minuts ago then it said server is restarting then the server didn't respond.Now when i am trying to get ingame in the server and i played for like 10 minuts and it said sserver is restarting then it said didn't respond again then it said You are banned from this server pleas help.
