Okay he is permanently denied. And I think, just because of his Malaise behaviour to get unbanned made every player from Pakistan very sad. And that is the reason our image is became really bad in eyes of Managers and other leaders that is why they did not select any moderator from Pakistan and there is not any one in administration team from Pakistan.

How you will sort that problem out if he does not stop doing that. Will you block our route permanently?

Your only solution to bypass the routeblock is to call your ISP and ask them for another route.

Yes, he can easily ban-evade again and he'll not get ban because admins will not have any proof.
