We're glad to announce the official open beta release of RS5, the date is currently set for Halloween. Yes, Granny xcasio will be handing out candy. Keep in mind we're wrapping up some last minute bug fixes now and this date may push us back by a few days to accommodate these fixes.

We have put in a lot of work over a very long time, and now we're comfortable with the progress we have made to open the server to the community. The open beta is free and welcome to all who wish to participate. However, keep in mind this is an open beta and not all features may be included, or may function fully as intended. A topic will be available for you to report issues should you encounter them, keep in mind that you are expected to report them, anyone caught hiding bugs and/or exploiting them will be banned per Argonath rules.

Please keep in mind that:

RS4.1 will continue operating in-case of a "show-stopping" bug, or incident in RS5.
We are not liable for anything Granny xcasio puts in your candy, eat at your own risk.
